NO hot water for shower and cancel my booking?
Pros:

Hot water for a shower.

Cons:

I was told the next day the shower hot water would be repaired.Something about the boiler system.And ask for a refund or a discount,since water it was cold.Wasn't able to shower for 2 days or shave.And then I left on the third day and my friend said they still didn't have anything repaired.Never will stay again at this hotel. Don't care once they recied my money.
Also after paying in full booking.com ask if I stayed at hotel? So I didn't recieve credit for stay and paid with my credit card.

Crooks attempting to double bill for everything. Pay by card, not cash and keep receipts.
Pros:

Just the location. Not much else.

Cons:

I asked for help with luggage from the car. Nobody came. I had to haul all my stuff to the lobby to check in. Eventually someone came to help bring things from the lobby to my room. The breakfast was terrible and you had to climb stairs to get there. The elevator doesn't go to that floor. Upon checkout, I paid everything, including the lost key (which was quite expensive). When I got to the airport, I received a bill for the lost key and the room I had paid for already, both by debit card. They are crooks.

El desayuno estuvo excelente, y tiene muy buena ubicación, sólo que está cerca de Provenza y eso puede ser un punto negativo

Cons:

Mucho ruido, no pude dormir porque justo esa noche ingresaron personas tomadas con acompañantes e hicieron demasiado ruido, las instalaciones y todo muy cómodo, pero no se pudo dormir por esta situación

Hotel midden in El Poblado wijk met s-avonds veel herrie en politie op straat. Hotel is goed.

Kamer was ruim en schoon. Prima bed en lekker ontbijt

Cons:

Er is heel veel herrie in de avond in deze El Poblado wijk in Medellin. De Douche had een magere straal die alleen 15 tot 20 cm van de muur kwam.
