Level Vancouver - Yaletown Seymour

The staff was efficient, friendly, and always willing to help. When we had an issue, someone from the front desk assisted us very quickly. The location was excellent, and we really appreciated the weekly cleaning service.

For less than the price of nearby "normal" hotels, I got a huge suite with a stove, oven, nearly-full-sized refrigerator, washer, dryer, couch, and a great view of Vancouver. The staff were all super nice, and I really liked their policy of only cleaning the room once a week -- I was there for less than a week and didn't have to worry about leaving some time for the cleaning crew to do their job. There were tons of great bars and restaurants around, and it's an easy walk to the subway.

We had a great time staying at the Levels Hotel on Seymour. We've stayed here a few times both on business solo and with my family and it is a great option having a kitchen and laundry in the suite. The amenities are nice too, the gym is super nice here and the staff are super friendly. It's also great having a buzzer for friends and for food deliveries. I definitely would recommend staying here if you want to be in Downtown and especially if it's important to have a kitchen / laundry for a hotel stay!

My friend and I stayed here for our first visit to Vancouver and had a great stay. The studio was roomy and had all the amenities we could need. We both had our own closet, the bathroom was spacious, and the space was clean & modern. We were able to check in early and the front desk went ahead and gave us a room that was ready vs waiting for one to be cleaned. The location was very good. We walked to more places than we ubered, there’s a very yummy breakfast place attached to the building, and a grocery market across the street. The outdoor pool and hot tub were nice, just a bit small. It’s definitely more enjoyable to be the only party out there. The hot tub will hold 4 people comfortably and 5 if you’re all family/friends.
The street noise could get a bit loud at night, but you’re in the city so that’s expected.
Overall, the stay was great for what we wanted which was a nice place to retreat to at night after a day of exploring and is walking distance to places we want to go. I would definitely stay here again!

A very good property, clean, cozy apartment and a very comfortable bed. 2 TV. A big fitness room. Well located in downtown Vancouver.

The location is great! Just a short block from a wonderful dog park!
The rooms are beautiful and clean and although we were facing Seymour street it was surprisingly quiet. Front desk staff are there 24 hours and all of them ( we encountered 5 in our short stay) were professional, friendly and helpful. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

My check in was super bad. There were 3 front desk people. The two Asians were nice. Another woman suddenly took over and mentioned that i had not paid. She was making a big deal out of it. I HAD paid a month earlier through Agoda. She treated me like a thief. Like a street person from the street mission at the end of the Block. She kept asking me for the Visa ..and gave me a number. I only use MasterCard - which i had given to her. Later she found out it was Agoda’s Visa. She had charged another night to it. I showed my bank account that i had paid $648 to Agoda for 3 nights. She did not believe me. Finally she went to another office and came back saying that i had paid. Never apologized.

But the suite was wonderful. Everything in that area was safe. It was a wonderful experience beyond the check in. 2 days later I complained to another employee about what happened. He apologized and allowed us to check in 2 hrs later.

I had an outstanding experience during my stay at the serviced apartment. The room was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

My recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing from start to finish. The sink in my bathroom broke and flooded the floor, soaking and ruining my entire makeup bag along with the majority of its contents. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a proper night’s rest, and the fridge in the room had a strong, unpleasant odor.

The hot tub — one of the main reasons I booked this hotel — was never actually hot, even after I mentioned it to staff multiple times. When I went to the front desk for help, the staff were unkind, unhelpful, and showed no concern for the situation.

After my stay, I emailed the hotel to share my experience and give them an opportunity to make things right, but I never received a response. Between the poor room conditions, lack of hospitality, and complete disregard for guest feedback, I can’t recommend this location and won’t be returning.

Lovely staff, the suite was big and comfortable enough for our month-long stay. My dog loved the reception treats and was extremely well treated by the staff.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment with a great layout that allows for relaxation and quiet.
The rooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment ensuring enough space and privacy, while also having a great living room and kitchen for shared time.

خدمات فندقيه عاليه المستوى .. وفي الحقيقه ولأول مره .. اجد الواقع افضل من المعروض في الصور .. المكان في قلب الداون تاون قريب من كل شي .. طاقم العمل متفاني ومحترف في تقديم الخدمات .. حتى فريق النظافه لاحظت نظافه دقيقه وامانه كبيره .. كان لدي بعض الاغراض الهامه في السيف بوكس ويوم التنظيف نسيته مفتوح .. ورجعت وكل شي كما هو فقط قاموا بعملهم في التنظيف دون المساس بأي اغراض شخصيه

A very nice apartment, many great restaurants nearby (cheap 2 blocks up, more expensive 2 blocks down). Dined at the Keg for old times sake (VG). Or walk 20 mins into the downtown area (Gas town) or 36 mins to Stanley Park (good lunch restaurant). The very helpful concierge helped me book an additional night when we arrived jet-lagged and fuzzy from 13 hours flying from New Zealand. The hotel is easy to get to, via the train from the airport. (Best and cheapest way). A 10 min walk, about half uphill but not too steep.
I did not know until now that there is a pool on the rooftop, until writing this review!

The room was clean and tidy. We felt that the pictures shown on the website that attracted to were better than the conditions of the unit. The lighting was low and the furnishings were job OK. The view from our unit patio was ok.
On the other hand, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Overall it was an ok stay but somewhat below our expectations. We travel often and prefer to provide more positive feedback but it's our honest opinion of our stay.

Excellent stay at Level Vancouver the room was huge with everything you could need, we had a great balcony also. The staff were really friendly and the hotels in a great location.
