Took a little urban vacation and check out Belltown, ordered some delicious crab and enjoyed my comfy robe.
Pros:

Great decor. Very courteous and well trained staff. Decent menu. Great breakfast service.

Cons:

Room was small. View was not good. 3 doors to the things in the refrigerator. Pricey.

Terrible value for money
Pros:

Lovely staff - especially at breakfast. Also great breakfast. Cleaning staff were doing amazing job every day. They left the room spotless! The gym is small but good and at 5-6am there was no one.

Cons:

The location is awful. Didn’t feel safe walking in the neighbourhood alone at all - lots of homeless people around. No noise insulation on the windows - this was terrible. Noisy fridge which I asked to turn off during my stay. Toilet was broken but fixed relatively quickly. The beds are awful - too soft and so are the pillows. But this point is probably personal - I’m sure there are people who like soft beds. I just expect that hotels tailor at least to the most which would be medium. I usually sleep on extra firm so this was a struggle for me.
Overall this hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars. It’s 2.5, in my view, and getting to 3 stars would be a stretch. Super disappointed - wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent location to access downtown
Pros:

Very friendly staff! The room was clean and comfortable. Great coffee! Unfortunately, the shower leaked which was annoying when trying to sleep.

Pros:

The hotel is well located with lots of bars and restaurants located nearby. The staff was extremely friendly. We didn’t have a room for early check-in but when we got back, our bags were already in our room, which was great customer service. Just make sure to make reservations for the breakfast

Bad experience
Pros:

Husband on a trip with teenage son. Arrived at hotel to be told check in was 4pm so they went away returned at 4 and room was still not available due to 70 Lionel Ritchie fans taking precedence. Eventually checked in at 7.15pm. They were told by the man on the front desk to go and wait in the bar area and given free drinks tokens which were only for wine. Son was ID and told to get out and that if he wanted to eat or drink he could on the street!!! What sort of a hotel is this. We have stayed at Kimpton hotels many times but this takes the biscuit. They claim to be a pet friendly hotel which is obviously more important than being family friendly. To also add a sour taste when purchasing drinks etc in the bar and being encouraged to pay cash for the drinks and tips the female server would then disappear off and not give any chance. Appalling attitude and a really bad start to my husbands and sons holiday.

Comfy beds and great cocktails - great combo!
Pros:

Rooms were just the perfect size for what we needed and were lovely and cool during a couple of hot days in Seattle. The bed was oh so very comfy. We slept well, which is what it's all about. We thoroughly enjoyed the Reception Staff and the Bar Staff and their expert cocktail making skills. The only down side was that one elevator was out of service which could lead to lengthy waits. Would definitely stay again if we need to be in Seattle. Location was great - 10 mins to the water front, 5 mins to Pikes Place.

Great value great location
Pros:

Location convenient for all the major sights. Decor and quality of fittings in public spaces and bedrooms very good, very stylish. Our bedroom was enormous and great value. Food and Staff at restaurant fantastic particularly the gentleman maitre d’, he was also an exceptional host at the evening drinks reception.

Good location but cramped and vintage room.
Pros:

Great location close to Pike Place Market. Very friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Very cramp two bed room. No place to pu suitcases, other than a nightstand no surface to put anything. Very narrow closet space for hanging anything that almost entirely taken over by an ironing board. Three small drawers in the nightstand the only storage.
