Important information:

We are pleased to inform you that our concept has been renewed for the 2026 season. Within the concept, all local alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, cocktails, selected imported drinks, and champagne are included. Premium imported beverages, freshly squeezed juices, special drinks, and Turkish coffee are available at an additional charge.

Dolusu Aqua Park operates between 1 May and 15 October, from 10:00 to 17:00, depending on weather conditions. Beach towels can be obtained from the reception with a EUR 5 deposit. The beach consists of sand and pebbles. Our à la carte Fish and Italian Restaurants operate on selected days with reservations and a fee of EUR 15 per person. Guests staying 6 nights or more are entitled to one complimentary à la carte dinner.

Pros:

Hotellin vesipuisto ja allasalue olivat hyvät erityisesti lasten kanssa matkustaessa. Vesiliukumäkiä ja tekemistä oli paljon, ja hotellin sijainti sekä ympäröivät maisemat olivat mukavat. Hotellissa olisi puitteiden puolesta paljon potentiaalia hyvään perhelomaan.

Cons:

Valitettavasti kokonaiskokemus jäi erittäin huonoksi. Ruokatarjonta oli niukkaa eivätkä ilmoitetut ruokailuajat aina pitäneet paikkaansa. Ruokailutilojen ja muiden yleisten tilojen siisteydessä oli selviä puutteita. Baarien ilmoitetut aukioloajat eivät toteutuneet, juomat loppuivat ja allasbaarissa oli jatkuvasti pulaa puhtaista laseista. Henkilökuntaa vaikutti olevan aivan liian vähän hotellin asiakasmäärään nähden.
Myös huoneiden siivous oli erittäin heikkotasoista ja jouduimme huomauttamaan siitä useita kertoja. Allasalueella oli puutteita siisteydessä ja esimerkiksi roskiksia oli liian vähän. Lisäksi hotellin käytävillä tupakoitiin, mikä oli erityisen epämiellyttävää lasten kanssa matkustaessa.
Yöpymisen jälkeen yhdelle seurueemme jäsenistä ilmaantui useita puremajälkiä, ja uusia jälkiä tuli myöhemmin lisää. Tämän vuoksi meille heräsi vahva epäily mahdollisesta ludeongelmasta hotellihuoneessa. Emme kuitenkaan pysty varmuudella vahvistamaan, mistä puremat aiheutuivat. Tämä lisäsi entisestään huolta hotellin huoneiden hygieniasta ja siisteydestä.
Ongelmat eivät koskeneet vain yhtä huonetta: seurueessamme oli viisi aikuista ja käytössämme kolme huonetta, ja kokemukset hotellin yleisestä tasosta olivat samanlaisia. Olemme matkustaneet Turkissa useita kertoja, mutta tämä oli selvästi huonoin hotellikokemuksemme siellä. Hotellin kuvat ja kuvaus antoivat mielestämme huomattavasti paremman vaikutelman kuin mitä paikan päällä todellisuudessa saimme.

Загалом все було добре, але в пʼятницю в мене почалася гостра кишкова інфекція, отруєння.

Велика територія є свій аквапарк, багато басейнів і пляж близько

Cons:

Харчування. Харчувалися лише в готелі, на 3 день сталося сильне отруєння. Коли чоловік запитав на рецепшені чи зможуть вони дати якісь ліки вони сказали що ні і також ніяк не запропонували допомогти. Все купували самі в аптеці. Не зрозуміло як таке трапилось але є питання до кухні і можливо чистоти на кухні. Ніколи до того таких отруєнь в житті не було 🤷‍♀️

Von einer 5 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet
Pros:

Unterkunft war gut, nahe am Meer, der Pool war gut.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit, wc am Pool nicht sauber, das Essen war nicht gut, vor allem am letzen Tag haben wir gehungert. Salat war hatte noch Erde darauf, mini bar im Zimmer wurde erst am 3. Tag aufgefüllt und dies nur mit meiner Aufforderung

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The hotel is wonderful, and the children are absolutely delighted and having a fantastic time. The staff are excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is also very convenient.
But the real diamond of this hotel is Çiğdem Kantoğlu, the Customer Relations Manager. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely guest-oriented. She always does her very best to help hotel guests with any request or question. What makes her truly special is that you can feel how sincerely she cares about the guests and their comfort.
Thank you so much, Çiğdem, for your kindness, attention and sincere help! You made our stay even more pleasant and special. ❤️

Would not recommend. Dosnt worth the money

Not too much actually :/ maybe the only thing is water slides for the kids..

Cons:

Hotel is old. Renovation is needed. We had a family room in august for 2k+ eur for 6nights for 4. Not worth it at all. Every where dirty. Shower so old that water comes everywhere.. before check in we have been asked about what pillows we like, and even thow we said soft, they bring extra big, as a standart and they dont have other options. Every morning in whatsapp comes message with survey about the stay, only in Kirilica (Rus) which i dont know. Food - everything same taste. Deserts - even sad.. :/
