Really enjoyed the hotel and area
Pros:

Nice hotel ,perfect location,staff were friendly

Cons:

The only issue for us we stayed in room 19 which was a triple lots of room to have a fridge in we were there for 14 days drinking very warm water and couldn't buy yogurt milk etc ,there also a bar on the beach which is rented from the hotel we found the beach bar very rude and aggressive because we never used ther bar because we liked the bar next door which is called Souel bar the staff there are really lovely people Themi and Eliena and the rest of the crew

Pros:

Hotel com excelente localização, com varanda e vista magnifica sobre a ilha de Telendos, mesmo em cima da praia. Pequeno almoço muito bom incluido; cama confortável, wifi funcionava bem. Recomendo o restaurante Anna's mesmo ao lado, bom peixe e mariscos. Também recomendo a Taverna Aegean e o restaurante Prego.

Cons:

Embora se intitule "boutique" hotel, apenas a sala da recepção é um pouco boutique, os quartos nem por isso... Atenção, não há parking e nem sempre é fácil arranjar lugar na rua de acesso ao hotel, mas com paciência e mais ou menos longe, encontra-se.

Per noi e’ stato un trauma

Un hotel molto trascurato di pulizzia

Questo hotel è molto lontano dall’essere una struttura professionale e, purtroppo, anche la gestione e il comportamento dello staff non sono all’altezza di quello che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel situato in una posizione così bella.
Dopo aver contestato la pulizia della camera, la titolare si è arrabbiata con noi e ci è stato detto di lasciare la struttura, nonostante avessimo una prenotazione di quattro notti. Ci è stato comunicato che ci sarebbe stato restituito quanto pagato, e per questo siamo state costrette a lasciare l’hotel.

La cosa che ci ha lasciate ancora più sorprese è che, appena uscite dalla struttura, abbiamo ricevuto un’e-mail in cui veniva dichiarato che eravamo state noi a decidere di andare via. Una ricostruzione dei fatti che non corrisponde assolutamente a quanto accaduto.

Riteniamo inaccettabile essere trattate in questo modo, soprattutto dopo aver semplicemente segnalato un problema di pulizia della camera. La posizione dell’hotel è sicuramente molto bella, ma una struttura non può essere valutata solo per la sua posizione: professionalità, pulizia, rispetto e attenzione verso gli ospiti sono fondamentali.

È davvero un peccato che una struttura in una posizione così favorevole sia gestita in questo modo. Ci aspettavamo un trattamento molto diverso e, sulla base della nostra esperienza, non possiamo assolutamente consigliarla.
