Overpriced and overrated
Pros:

room was very small with no kettle (as clear from description). Windows are not to be opened, fresh air and climate control are from AC only.
Quite clean.
Easy walk to center

Cons:

shower has no shelves - it is very inconvenient;
no soap for the hands was provided, when we requested one - receptionist told that "everyone uses shower gel and doesn't complain";
no lobby to hang out;
receptionists were not welcoming at all;
Friday and Saturday breakfasts were completely identical, passable, but not great
