Very clean and hospitable, lovely rooms

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Sorrento. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and it was cleaned to an impeccable standard daily. The rooftop terrace and pool were lovely too, it's a great place to relax on a hot day and we enjoyed some reasonably priced and yummy cocktails. Sorrento is lovely too, it's a foodie's paradise and convenient to get to Naples, Capri or the Amalfi coast. The breakfast was great too with lots of options.

The location is only a 10/15 min walk from the main town and the journey is a steady incline. The pool is great and the terrace is spacious. The breakfast was lovely and the staff are excellent and so kind and helpful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the luxury room which included a huge private terrace and hot tub which was an absolute dream! Highly recommend!

They upgraded our room for free and the view/balcony was amazing! The shower was very nice & had really good water pressure. The staff were very friendly & very responsive, including on what's aop. We used them to book everything for us, including tours, and it worked great. They also called us right after we left because we forgot a blanket in our room.

La vista muy buena, la amabilidad del.personal, siempre atentos si necesitábamos algo.
La piscina tiene una historia increíble y generalmente esta desocupada.
Los restaurantes que están cerca La Tonarella lo recomiendo 100% y otro que no está mas arriba qué no recuerdo el nombre.
El centro esta cerca, a 20 minutos caminando.

Mis padres pasaron unos días maravillosos en el Hotel Helios. Quedaron encantados con la atención del personal, la limpieza, las instalaciones y las vistas del hotel. Todo el equipo fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estadía, haciendo que se sintieran realmente bienvenidos. Una experiencia excelente en Sorrento que recomendarían sin dudarlo.

My wife and I have just spent seven nights at this great hotel. Fantastic place, wonderful service from ALL the staff, no request to small.
Very clean room and hotel itself. Super breakfast with stunning view.
Our rooms balcony also had a nice sea view.
We cannot recommend this hotel too highly, most enjoyable and recommend to all.
Their restaurant recommendations were 10 out of 10, everyone top notch choices.
We also did the Amalfi Coast Sharing (eight persons) Tour based on the hotels recommendation - well recommended by us, especially the guide Sorrento born Nello.
We would return to this hotel in the blink of eye.

The room was amazing, super clean and what a view from the balcony!!!! The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff very attentive. the front of house staff were absolutely the best. Anything and everything!

El hotel está bien ubicado sobre un acantilado con vistas fabulosas del mar y del Vesubio. Sólo desayunar viendo tanta belleza es ya algo fabuloso. Todo muy limpio y bien mantenido. Lo mejor del hotel son los empleados. Un personal muy profesional pero a la vez muy amables, entre ellos Anna, Giulia, Luigi, Pietro, Nina y Mario. No me sentí en un hotel, era como estar en casa. Guardo muy buenos recuerdos del lugar. La pizza que nos hicieron fue de las mejores que he comido en Italia.

This hotel was beautiful. The staff couldn’t do enough to help especially Tina at Breakfast.

If you need anything at all ask reception they’re very accommodating.

Breakfast was delicious all homemade on site. They serve all the usual breakfast choices with a twist. Flans, pastries, cakes, croissants, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, vegetables, cheeses and many drink choices including a variety of tea, coffee and Prosecco.

It was a 15 walk into town the first 20 metres on road but the rest was pathway and beautiful view’s.

There is nowhere in Sorrento to get into the water unless you have a hotel with a beach frontage. One small beach but not great.

Sorrento is beautiful and we loved the atmosphere, food and people.
