The hotel has a wellness center. Massage services, face-to-face treatments, a Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi and indoor heated pool are available at the wellness center . The use of the services is provided with an extra charge upon availability and by appointment. Wir werden wieder kommen, ein anderes Zimmer buchen.
Pros:

Pool, Personal, Infrastruktur, Matratzen, Gepflegt und Sauber.

Cons:

ältere Zimmer mit Badewanne, sie haben schon ein paar Jahren hinter sich und sollten renoviert werden.

מלון מושלם לצליאקים. בארוחת הבוקר מקבלים לחם ללא גלוטן, ביסקוויטים, טוסטים קטנים וקורנפלקס. במסעדת המלון הרבה אפשרויות ללא גלוטן וסימון ברור על התפריט. ניתן גם להזמין פסטה ללא גלוטן. במרחק הליכה יש סופר ובו עוד מבחר ענק של לחמים ונשנושים ללא גלוטן. המלון יפהפה. הגנים שמקיפים אותו פשוט מהממים. ארוחת הבוקר טובה, יש ירקות, גבינות, נקניקים, תפו״א, חביתות מוכנות, פירות וקרפים.
צוות הקבלה פשוט מקסים. עשו מעל ומעבר לעזור בכל דבר.
כולם היו נהדרים אבל אני בוחרת לציין את רולה המקסימה שגרמה לי להרגיש ממש כמו בבית.
ממליצה לקחת חדר עם מרפסת. החדרים שהם ללא מרפסת הם חשוכים יותר ועם חלונות קטנים. בקיצור- מלון מושלם במחיר סביר מאד ותמורה מעולה למחיר שאתם משלמים. המלון יושב ממש על גדות האגם ולמרגלות ההר. יש חנייה בשפע. המקום פשוט עוצר נשימה. יש שם מסלולי ריצה קרוב לאגם. במרחק הליכה ישנו סופר גדול ולא מעט בתי קפה. הליכה קצרה יחסית לטירת יואנינה שמשם ניתן לקחת שייט לאי של יואנינה (חוויה נחמדה).

Très bel hôtel confortable
La piscine est superbe
Le petit déjeuner est très bien varié et très bon
Emplacement au calme et tout près de la vieille ville

Cons:

Le sourire et la politesse ne devraient pas être une option ! Que ce soit à la piscine ou au petit déjeuner on dérange le personnel qui nous le fait largement sentir

Hotel typique de congrès mais pas pour des vacances. Trop important, trop luxueux très emphatique...loin d'un hôtel de charme. Une erreur de ma part mais la piscine...

הצוות מאד נעים ןמסביר פנים . הבריכה יפה ונעימה , ארוחת הבוקר עשירה וטעימה , החללים הציבוריים נעימים ויפים . שימו לה שהספא סגור בימי שני .

Cons:

המלון מאד מאד ישן , התמונות באתר לא משקפות את המציאות . נראה שצולמו לפני עשרות שנים .קיבלנו חדר ישן , הקיר מתקלף , דלת האמבטיה מתקלפת , עובש באמבטיה . ייאמר לזכות הצוות שניסו לעזור ושנהיה מרוצים . החליפו לנו חדר , שהיה טוב יותר , אבל גם הוא מאד ישן , כתמים על השטיח , ריח של ביוב מהשירותים . לא כך אמור להיראות אירוח של 5 כוכבים .

De vriendelijk personeel in alle afdelingen en zeer schoon alles zelfs tijdens de vertrek dag mog ik nog langer blijven zonder extra betaling en gratis nog van zwembad gebruik maken want ik moes nog even blijven want mijn vlucht gaat pas om 22:00 en het ontbijt wat bij de prijs zit inbegrepen is super lekker en heel uitgebreid en de massages zijn er super van rug pijn naar genezen
