L'emplacement parfait , le personnel très sympathique toujours à votre écoute. Le séjour très bien. Les repas convenable. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Staff were super helpful and friendly
Lovely position next to the sea and promenade.
Easy parking next to hotel.
Room had a lovely view of the sea and beach.
Room in general needed some maintenance - wardrobe door wouldn't open, no extractor fan in bathroom.
Fixtures and fittings were worn and well past their best.
Mattress was thin and you could feel the springs.
There was a lot of dust on out of the way surfaces.
Communal areas were tired and needed upkeep
BEWARE: THIEVES OPERATE OUTSIDE THIS HOTEL - MY WIFE HAD A COSTLY BANGLE TAKEN OFF HER ARM BY A WOMAN CLAIMING TO WORK IN THE HOTEL.
THERE IS NO WARNING ABOUT THIS ACTIVITY FROM THE HOTEL ALTHOUGH SEVERAL LOCALS TOLD US THAT IT WAS A WELL KNOWN FACT LOCALLY.
Our holodays in this hotel was excellent. Receptionist Valeria was very helpful and kind. The location, food, room were all very good. Best holidays.

The only item which requires improvement is the soup menu had vegetable soup 6 nights out of a 7 night stay.

El trato en particular de un camarero de la terraza fue muy desafortunado
La trankilidad, la atencion del personal, la cercania a la playa,la comida del bufett,para mi todo ha estado perfecto.
El colchon era un poquito duro para mis huesos ,pero con un tooper se srreglaria.
Vu sur la mer de notre chambre au 6e étage, superbe, promenade tout le long de la mer extra, bouffe trop salée souvent, pas assez chaud à mon goût, bravo pour les cuisiniers qui faisaient griller notre viande ou poisson.
