Du charme mais pas le plus confortable
Pros:

Le restaurant est tres bien dans le style pub.
Literie ok.

Cons:

Hotel un peu desuet, dans une maison biscornue où aucun plancher n’est plat ni aucune marche horizontale...
C’est charmant, mais le confort est à l’avenant, plomberie capricieuse, chaleur etouffante dans les chambres, etc.
Bref, pas le plus pratique ni le plus confortable des hôtels...

Always an excellent stay at The Chapter House. Looking forward to our next visit

Our room was very comfortable and breakfast, dinner and the Bar were excellent. Always served with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.

Great accommodation, would highly recommend.
Pros:

Full of character and furnished to a high standard. There was no air conditioning and temperatures were high but there was a very efficient fan in the bedroom.
Breakfast was nicely presented and plenty of choice. We had a little problem with our evening meal due to an ordering error by a new younger member of staff but he apologised profusely and even offered to pay for our meal himself. It was a genuine mistake on his part and his manner was so polite and friendly I have no doubt he will prove to be a valued member of staff.

Cons:

Nothing we could fault but people with mobility problems may struggle with tricky stairs and no lift.

Pros:

Edificio storico molto affascinante. La camera era ampia e confortevole, come anche il bagno. Letto molto grande e comodo. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ottima la posizione per visitare la cattedrale e i suoi dintorni.

Sehr empfehlenswert - schade dass wir nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbringen konnten.

Gezellig hotel in Salisbury
Pros:

Locatie, vriendelijk personeel, gezelligheid, goede bedden en kussens, hygiëne.
De locatie is echt geweldig; op een paar honderd meter sta je naast de kathedraal. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Cons:

De kamer was best warm (al had het personeel echt hun best gedaan om dit comfortabeler te maken met veel ventilatoren), maar op heel warme dagen is dit hotel niet echt een aanrader. Ook sliepen we naast de keuken waardoor we wat lawaai hadden.
