Very pleasant and comfortable. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
Pros:

staff at front desk were excellent. Very friendly and considerate of our reservation. Remembered out faces when seeing them later on in the evening.

Convenient to BUF, unique and comfy stay
Pros:

Great location near BUF airport. Easy parking, late night check-in staff were friendly and allowed me to have a late check out since I arrived around midnight. Breakfast was good in the morning. The rooms and hotel lobby are unique with interesting history. I enjoyed reading about the family and philanthropy.

Cons:

The hotel gym only had 1 tread and no free weights. It would be a huge upgrade to have at least 2 treads. Almost no one wants to use a stair stepper lol.
