Beautiful stay in Pucon
Pros:

Our stay was really nice and we wished we had better weather and could have stayed longer. Our room was perfect with great view, breakfast was just right and loved the pan amasado each morning. Location was perfect, a short drive from the centre of town and close to all Pucon attractions.

Cons:

Nothing we had any issue with.

Posto veramente magico, con una vista meravigliosa sia dalla stanza che dalle parti comuni. I saloni con i camini sempre accesi sono stupendi. Ottima colazione.

Cons:

L’unico appunto riguarda la SPA, che dovrebbe essere tenuta in po’ meglio: l’acqua della piscina interna non e’ abbastanza calda per fare il bagno in inverno e la jacuzzi non era in funzione e non era stata pulita.

VOLVERÍA MIL VECES.
Pros:

Hermoso. Es un lugar al que voy a volver más de una vez. Las vistas son hermosas. El personal super amigable. A pocos minutos de la ciudad. Ideal para descansar. Fuimos con nuestra hija de 10 meses y verla enamorada del paisaje fue algo impagable.

Do frio nas dependências do hotel.
Do café da manhã , nada de especial. E os garçons sumiam do salão.

Ótima.
Pros:

A vista do quarto é incrível. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e simpáticos. O restaurante foi o melhor que estivemos em Pucón. Os ambientes do hotel são bem aconchegantes e a limpeza dos quartos é ótima.

Cons:

O que não decepcionou foi o banheiro, muito pequeno e com uma banheira pequena e junto ao chuveiro. Não havia nenhum espelho grande no quarto. A piscina, apesar de aquecida, fica na aérea externa, bem distante do salão principal, e como faz muito frio, torna-se não convidativa.
