Ótima.
Pros:

A vista do quarto é incrível. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e simpáticos. O restaurante foi o melhor que estivemos em Pucón. Os ambientes do hotel são bem aconchegantes e a limpeza dos quartos é ótima.

Cons:

O que não decepcionou foi o banheiro, muito pequeno e com uma banheira pequena e junto ao chuveiro. Não havia nenhum espelho grande no quarto. A piscina, apesar de aquecida, fica na aérea externa, bem distante do salão principal, e como faz muito frio, torna-se não convidativa.

Wunderschöne Anlage, kein Hotelklotz, sondern sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel auf einer Ebene. vom Hotelzimmer aus hatten wir einen unverbauten Blick auf den See und die herrliche Landschaft , Restaurant mit Terrasse toller Ausblick, das Essen war sehr gut und das Frühstücksbüfet reichhaltig. Sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Extremamente confortável, os lounges são ótimos para descansar, lareira em quase todos os ambientes (inclusive nos quartos!)
As vistas do hotel são incríveis, pode-se ver o lago de todos os lugares. A janela do quarto da pra uma vista linda!
O staff extremamente atencioso também.
