Pros:

great location for good restaurants nearby and to CMU campus...we could park easily in lot and nice walking residential neighborhood

Great stay! I shopped for this hotel and loved the experience.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful, and the facility is beautiful. The breakfast was nice, but the fire pit area was an unexpected bonus. I also appreciate the security (you have to scan to get in and out), and the proximity of the parking.

It’s clean and good breakfast

Cons:

No information about parking fee while booking. There was a door for heater was open and noisy. Reported and they fixed it.

The breakfast was excellent.
Also, the staff at the front desk were very kind and courteous.

Cons:

The bathtub water drains very slowly…if it’s clogged.
I was also concerned about the dirt on the bottom of the shower curtain.

Dirty and Noisy Hotel
Pros:

Dirty Hotel, noisy street, good luck trying to get a good night sleep. Was here for three night got absolutely no sleep, even check out at 3am my last night due to just no sleep.

Pros:

Great breakfast! Great gym area! Great location. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Refrigerator was not plugged in so there was a lot of water in it from melted ice and it went all over the floor. Gate in parking lot was malfunctioning and caused minor delays
