Service and staff attitude. Not getting help with luggage once we arrived and when we left. Not very friendly.

Все хорошо, никаких нареканий нет. Классный спа и массажи, понравились девушки мастера и хамам. Отдельный плюс, что в отеле есть кальянная! :)
Номер просторный и чистый, есть все удобства. Ужин был вкусный в ресторане внизу. Спасибо, все было хорошо.
Почему-то не пополнили мини бар. И вода в бассейне могла бы быть чуточку теплее, мне было холодно плавать. Также не работал бар на верхнем этаже, я так поняла что там ремонт.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and really like it. It’s right on the shores of the Marmara Sea, so the atmosphere and views are wonderful. The rooms are fresh and well maintained, everything works properly, the bed is comfortable, and the bathrooms are perfectly fine. Check-in and check-out was quick, and everything has been clean and well organized.
Istanbul is a huge city, so make sure this is the right location for your plans. It took about 45 minutes to get to the airport by taxi (non rush-hour) and anywhere from 40 to 80 minutes to reach downtown, depending on traffic. The nearest metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, but during rush hour it can take over an hour to get downtown by car. There was some construction at the entrance in May 2026, but it looked like a temporary issue.
