We had an extremely pleasant interaction with each and every member of the hotel staff. They were all very kind and helpful, from people at the reception to random interactions in spa and pool area.
Great room with great bed. We also wanted hard pillows and those were provided in no time. And in general room service was swift and simple.
I really enjoyed the sauna and both pools.
There is no way to order room service online, you have to call. I would expect some kind of a web page or an app through which I could do that.
There was no toilet brush in our room, which felt a bit weird, because there might be a need for it. There was no alternative to how one might clean the toilet and I didn't feel like calling someone to do that for me.
Kind of overpriced transfer from/to airport and minibar items, even for such hotel.

The location is convenient, with easy access to bus and metro stations. The view of the Marmara Sea from the hotel is stunning and breathtaking. The hotel room was superb—clean, spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were very helpful, from the entrance lobby to the reception desk and café. They went the extra mile to assist me and ensure that my stay was meaningful and memorable. Special thanks to Ecrin, Batuhan, Emre, and Berat. They deserve recognition and my sincere appreciation for their outstanding service. I will definitely be returning to Hyatt Regency Ataköy in the near future.

Staff was friendly and rooms are lovely but many other issues at this moment. Hotel is partly in rénovation, pool area not amazing.
Food was not great , breakfast super slow and crowded; pool area not so inviting.
Delicious breakfast with a very wide choice. Big room and bathroom, very nice and comfortable. Nice pool area + wellness amenities.
Quite expensive pool bar. The hotel undegoes remodelling so some areas are underbrenovation, there might be noises at times.

Nice, clean, comfortable
Public transit is a minimum 15 minute walk away. Airport is only really reachable with a taci if you dont want to change trains two times.

Очень хорошая зона открытого бассейна, очень красивый спа! Соотношение цены и качества было волшебным! Приветливый персонал! Постель удобная, матрас, подушки, постельное белье, полотенца - все супер!
Расположение идеальное, отель стоит на набережной, от центра недалеко, в 10 минутах пешком большой Молл и метро.
Все понравилось, но для настроения не хватило разве что какого-то комплиментика) Например, всегда очень мило и приятно, когда кладут какую-то шоколадку после уборки номера или что-то подобное) но это не минус, а скорее пожелание)

عندهم مسبح وجلسه خارجيه ومكان للمدخنين ،،في جنبه مطاعم وفي جنبه هوكا 5 دقايق مشي ولكن المناطق السياحيه لازم سياره
1 اولا اول ما دخلنا لقينا صيانه في واجة الفندق والرسبشن مما صغر حجمه وصيانه في اللوبي وبصراحة منظر مزعج كمان لم يذكر ذلك حتى في التقيمات
