Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool area lovely. Quiet neighbourhood.

Cons:

Just no wow really. Some upgrading work going on.

Cons:

O experiență dezamăgitoare pentru un hotel de cinci stele.

Hotelul este mare, dar, din experiența mea, întreținerea și serviciile nu sunt la nivelul așteptat. Din prezentarea de pe Booking am înțeles că există acces direct la mare, însă hotelul are doar vedere spre mare, cu numeroase nave industriale, și se află lângă un canal cu miros neplăcut.

Curățenia din spațiile comune lasă de dorit: mocheta de pe holuri era murdară și mirosea neplăcut. Pe terasa restaurantului erau frunze și lipseau pernele de pe scaune, iar zona șezlongurilor părea, de asemenea, neîngrijită.

Am rezervat o cameră cu mic dejun inclus, însă la recepție mi s-a spus inițial că nu îl am. A fost nevoie de verificări și timp pierdut pentru clarificare. A doua zi, la micul dejun, aceeași problemă s-a repetat și a trebuit să demonstrez din nou că era inclus în rezervare.

Deși personalul este numeros, organizarea și comunicarea între departamente lasă de dorit. Pentru prețul plătit și reputația Hyatt, mă așteptam la mai multă grijă pentru curățenie, întreținere și confortul oaspeților.
