Staff are very efficient and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well serviced.
It is a very enjoyable stay and can recommend it.
Setting is beautiful, facilities are clean and beds are comfortable. Fireplace smokes, needs maintanance, bathrooms need updating

The variety available is outstanding. I think that is the main drawcard towards guests staying at the hotel.
The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly whilst working hard in cleaning away dishes and replenishing food in the buffet.
I personally can't think of anything that would need changing.

Asked for fireplace didn’t get it .. didn’t ask for inter-leading room got it with noisy neighbours .. asked for quite environment got noisy neighbours
excellent breakfast
We returned to celebrate my husband’s 70th Birthday after many previous visits.
The staff went out of their way with all the room reservations (Thank you especially Heinrich) - The Restaurant Manager Elzette and all the other Professional staff.
The table was beautifully set up for our dinner and they made it a very Special celebration. The babysitter was arranged and the Seafood was superb.
