Estadia tranquila e afastada do caos de Nairóbi
Pros:

Espaço bastante seguro com segurança 24h, numa das melhores zonas de Nairóbi. O hotel correspondeu às expectativas e permitiu descansar fora do centro agitado. Agradeço a confecção do pequeno-almoço antes do horário estipulado, possibilitando o take away num dos dias de safari, quando saímos às 4.30h da manhã.

Cons:

Há a apontar um caso grave relativamente ao serviço de transfer. Chegámos às 3 horas da madrugada, e à chegada ao aeroporto não encontrámos o motorista que havíamos reservado. Optámos por um outro táxi e, quando chegámos ao hotel, informaram-nos que o motorista estava nas chegadas — mentira. Esperámos e procurámos por todo o lado, mas provavelmente o motorista terá adormecido no carro. Apesar disso, duvidou da nossa palavra e tentou forçar-nos a pagar o serviço não utilizado, por sua culpa. Considero um caso negativo que deverá ser revisto pelo hotel. Adicionalmente, o ginásio é muito fraco, praticamente sem máquinas nem pesos, e tem um horário de fecho bastante cedo, às 18 horas.

OVERALL. Hotel was probably luxurious in the past, but currently in a pretty sad rundown state. There is a construction, bunch of things are closed with dark empty corridors.
STAFF. Polite and tries to be helpful. However, our personal experience, we've booked a specific room type. Upon check in we've been given a lower type of room. When I asked why, I was told "oh it's the same room type, just a different name". I did check and it wasn't true. Called manager, who at first tried to cover up but then admitted they lied and our room type not available due to construction. I would definitely accept that reason, but the lie was offensive. We were offered dinner comp.
FOOD. Unremarkable. Restaurant itself is very small room, no windows. Ordered pork chop, which came out thin, dry, oversalted. With mashed potatoes that were dry, cold, and no salt.
LOCATION. Not bad, not great. Safe area, but to get anywhere need an Uber.
RATING. Normally 3 star, minus 1 for lies.

Ok overnatning, men dårlig service fra personale
Pros:

Morgenmaden var rigtig god. Værelserne var fine.

Cons:

Vi måtte vente 30 min på vores værelse. Personalet kiggede ikke engang på os når vi efterspurgte svar på hvornår værelset mon var klar. Ikke særligt god service fra personalet i receptionen.

Overall, very bad experience.
Pros:

Nothing. The hotel services are really bad, from the receptionist to the management team.

Cons:

I booked and pre-paid for the Royal Suite at this hotel for the night of July 31. However, when I checked in, they put me in a different room type, a Deluxe room, without any explanation, which is much cheaper and much smaller than the room I paid for. I asked for a refund of the price I paid; they refused. They basically said the price I prepaid was too low, which is 100% bullshit. I do 200% not recommend this hotel to anyone; please stay away from them as far as possible.
