Cramped room and bathroom. Little things missing, waste basket, spoon for coffee/tea . WC closet making dripping noise, on TV channels except advert for DSTV 24/7. No window view.

We booked for two weeks, but checked out after 3 nights. This hotel should be renovated or demolished and rebuild. Everything is too old, broken, and suboptimal at best. You cannot trust there is hot water, the fridge didn't work, the room's view was horrible - facing a wall and a narrow peek into the sky. This was supposed to be the Queen's room ...

The staff! We arrived very late at night, very tired and the receptionist was very rude. She was affirming that my reservation was cancelled after I proceed with full payment for 3 nights.

Breakfast is very good, specially the omelet and variety dishes, location is near to Sarit exhibition center ,room is also nice
there is no hair conditioner provided. and there was no hair drier and cloth ironing as indicated on the booking
