Wonderful staff, but poor room conditions
Pros:

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay, and the breakfast provided was excellent.

Cons:

I had a very frustrating stay here. I couldn't get a good night's sleep due to a mosquito issue in my room. To make matters worse, whenever it rained, water dripped heavily onto the metal entrance canopy below. The loud, repetitive pinging sound reached all the way up to my 4th-floor room and felt like torture after a while. Finally, the room lacked basic upkeep; for example, the glass bathroom door would barely slide because the metal track was rusted. I would not stay here again.

i am a regular custumer at this Hotel and i really like it

Cons:

i dont undertand way they cancelled my other reservation . they continue tell me we will close for a maintanence , i check out and they still have check in for others clients . This time they create for me a lot of problems , Laundry , they gave me back my stuff not compleatly dry
