Für eine Übernachtung ok, aber als Feriendomizil würde ich das Apartment nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist relativ günstig und groß.
Die Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Es riecht in der gesamten Wohnung sehr penetrant nach Fritierfett.
Das Apartment ist insgesamt schon recht abgewohnt (WC-Deckel und Wasserhähne wackeln, Fugen im Bad schimmeln, Farbe von Türschwellen sind abgeschlagen etc)

Une machine à café et un frigo à disposition

Cons:

L'appartement est très mal isolé, presque pas d'eau chaude en prenant une douche. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Lüttich und konnten alles zu Fuß vom Hohel aus erreichen. Wenn man nicht so viel Gepäck hat ist

Die sehr zentrale Lage, eine stets besetzte Rezeption. Ein großes Bett. Free water in the Lobby.

Cons:

Die Schranktüren schlossen direkt mit dem Schreibtisch/ der Ablage ab. Also man benutzt dann entweder den Schrank oder die Ablage. Etwas unlogisch konstruiert. Das WC war sehr niedrig für ein Zweierzimmer, was wahrscheinlich keine Kinder beherbergt. Unser Zimmer war ruhig, aber sehr dunkel, da es nur ein Fenster in eine Häuserschlucht hatte, welches mit durchscheinender DekoFolie beklebt war. Wenn wenig Licht hereinkommt, dann gerne heller einrichten. Wir hätten gerne größere Fenster gehabt für mehr natürliches Licht im Raum.

Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer und 1a Frühstück, freundlich
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Innenstadt, ist gut per Bahn, Bus, zu Fuß erreichbar.
Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber, ruhig, gut eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück ist super: Reichhaltig, biologisch, frisch, die Omeletts et.al. werden frisch zubereitet.

Wir waren zu kurz da :-)

Emplacement central
C'est plus un appartement qu'une simple chambre
Bon petit déjeuner, dans une espèce de hangar rénové très haut de plafond

Cons:

Accès en voiture un peu difficile, mieux vaut se rendre directement au parking Saint Denis situé en face de l'hôtel
L'appartement n'est pas situé dans l'hôtel lui même, mais dans une rue voisine

Pros:

L’emplacement au Top , le petit déj dans un super cadre type industriel et savoir que le champagne est inclus dans le ptit dej.

Super zentral, Zimmer riesig und perfekt sauber
Pros:

Mitten in der Innenstadt, das Zimmer war super riesig und perfekt sauber. Tram und Bahnhof St Lambert quasi direkt vor der Haustür, das Personal könnte nicht freundlicher sein !

Pros:

Fijne vloer, goede bedden.

Cons:

De ruimte leek toch kleiner dan op de foto van Booking. Onder ons raam was het plekje voor de rokers. Het raam open houden betekende in de rook zitten. In de badkamer net te weinig plek voor toiletartikelen.
