Lovely time.
Pros:

Loved the location and the room was very nice. Loved the pool. It was just the right temperature. Loved being able to be in the pool and watch the ocean.

Cons:

Needs an elevator for the older people. Traveled with an 84 year old and an 80 year old. The stairs are very hard for them.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el lugar, desafortunamete esta ocasión las sábanas tenían mucha arena, me dio la sensación de que solo las sacudieran y no fueron lavadas, quite las de encima y las de abajo estaban igual, el baño tenía muy mal olor, y para colmo no le funcionaba el ventilador así que la humedad lo hacía incomodo

My wife and I call it our "diamond in rough"!
Pros:

Pool deck is great, right on the beach if one doesn't want to deal with the summer crowd on the beach. Very crowded during our stay. Rooms are clean and everything we need during a beach trip, a bed and a shower. Convenient refrigerator in our room. We have stayed here before and the convenience store in the parking lot is just that, convenient. Ice, snacks and beverages if needed. Pool water is unexplainably and pleasantly cool.

Cons:

I have no complaints about our stay, the staff or the property.

Cons:

Wacher was broke. First floor has no privacy and ocean view is bad. Ice maker wasn't working well. Washer would not spin dry. Pool is small. They could not print a receipt. Only parking for one car per room. WiFi was slow

We were placed on the 3rd floor with no elevator…2 elderly people and a pregnant woman…we were reassured that someone would carry our luggage up for us…that was false.

Pros:

Beach, pool tables/chairs and room were perfect. Although we prefer better quality pillows, but we'll bring our own next time.

Cons:

Everything was great with the exception of the new sliding glass door. It was very difficult to open/close.... even my 205 lb husband had to use all of his weight to close it. Maintenance fixed it one day, but I think whomever put it in didn't align it or something correctly. We'll be back for ure though!!!
