Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Lorsque nous avons évoqué le fait qu'il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et le bruit, on nous a de suite trouver un compromis (j'apprécie cette promptitude). La zone sauna - hammam est petite mais très propre, très bien entretenue.

Very good service. Nice to have a personal taxi to the venues. Good to have a carpark even payable.
Near to all facilities.

Cons:

The Spa could have been covered as it was too hot during sunny days.
There was no restaurant, you might have an agreement with another one at a lower price,

A good place to stay while attending the Verbier Festival.
Pros:

I like the location, the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, and the high quality of the breakfast.

Cons:

My room was sparsely furnished, no comfortable place to sit apart from the beds. The bathroom facilities are good. My room had an outside balcony but again no place to sit.

le petit déjeuner était complet et très bon, la chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle, la literie de qualité, le service de navette parfait pour se rendre dans verbier. merci à toute l'équipe qui est toujours aux petits soins.

Cons:

il manque une climatisation ou un petit ventilateur pour les jours de grande chaleur comme nous avons eu, la tv est légèrement petite pour la distance avec le lit. mais ce ne sont que des détails.

Perfection
Pros:

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. I can go on and on. The styling, the coffee, the breakfast, the staff that goes above and beyond and with genuine kindness. The location is perfection. I plan to return as soon as I possibly can.

Overall, despite these areas for improvement, I would happily stay at Experimental Chalet again on my next visit to Verb
Pros:

I stayed at Experimental Chalet Verbier for seven nights during the Verbier St-Bernard by UTMB week, and overall I had a very enjoyable stay.

What stood out most was the atmosphere. The hotel has a warm, welcoming feel that makes you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than in a hotel. The location was also perfect, just opposite the race village, which made everything very convenient.

The reception team was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank the gentleman leading the front desk. His approach to hospitality was exceptional. He patiently showed me several rooms until I found the one I felt most comfortable with, never making me feel rushed or like I was asking for too much. That level of service reflects real experience and genuine care for guests.

I also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the sauna, cold plunge, and jacuzzi, which were perfect after long days on the trails.

Cons:

Because I genuinely liked the hotel, I’d also like to share a few suggestions for improvement. While everyone was willing to help, the level of customer service wasn’t always consistent. Some team members naturally delivered the hotel’s welcoming spirit, while others would benefit from a little more experience to provide the same level of hospitality.

Breakfast is another area with room for improvement. The selection and presentation could be elevated, and a more engaging, welcoming presence from the breakfast team would make the experience even better.

Housekeeping could also pay a little more attention to detail. For example, the outdoor chairs on my balcony remained dusty throughout my stay.

Excelente opção em Verbier. O quarto era super confortável e com uma vista incrivel das montanhas. Todo staff muito simpatico e atencioso. Café da manhã excelente com produtos frescos e ótimos pães. Absolutamente perfeito!
