No hay nada del hotel que pueda calificar como bueno en mi visita.
El estacionamiento es una catacumba abandonada, con espacios mal diseñados para acomodar fácilmente un auto. La recepcionista del viernes 11 por la tarde con malos tratos y cara de pocos amigos; no hay elevador para las personas con limitaciones físicas. La habitación fría, sin calefacción, la alfombra montada directamente sobre el concreto incrementaba la sensación de frío en extremo. Las toallas viejas y percudidas. Y el colmo fue que al intentar tomar una ducha, no conseguía agua caliente, y al hablar a recepción me informan que por las condiciones climáticas hay que dejar correr el agua unos 15min más, lo que supuso un gasto tremendo de la misma. La salida con otra recepcionista mal encarada y ruda en su trato.

No es como las fotos, estuve en habitación king, según las fotos incluye tina, cafetera y otros aditamentos, y no tiene eso
Las habitación fue acojedora, siempre estaba limpia. Las camas muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado funcionando. La tv funcionaba y el Internet rápida conexión.

The lady at front desk was really helpful. Breakfast was delicious
No staff members for the side of the hotel, cleaning was really poor. Pillows, sheets and comforters looked old and not clean. Poor lighting at the bathroom. No vanity’s at the Barth room

La ubicación
Los baños con una regadera incomoda y baja, con poca agua. Y una tina muy resabaladiza donde una de mis empleadas se llego a resbalar y golpear

El desperdicio de agua que hay en el hotel,en el estacionamiento siempre hay fuga,además en la regadera se tira muchísima agua ya que tarda en salir agua caliente demasiado
Cuartos viejos , malos olores, sin agua caliente ni presion , muy mala experiencia
