Hotel en inmejorable ubicación!
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca del shopping, comercios, restaurantes y cafeterías. Un barrio hermoso para salir a caminar en todo momento y muy bien conectado. El lugar es muy práctico, pude dejar mi valija previamente sin problemas. La atención del personal es excelente, todos muy atentos. La habitación es muy cómoda, está equipada con un microondas, heladera, utensilios de cocina básicos y un espacio de escritorio.

Cons:

Sólo mejoraría la señal de wifi en la habitación, ya que en mi caso no era muy buena. El resto está perfecto!

Cons:

Viajamos com um bebê e reservamos este hotel somente porque ele dizia ter berço para bebês. Avisamos o hotel duas vezes, previamente antes de chegar semanas antes, que precisaríamos desse berço e recebemos a mensagem de que seria mediante disponibilidade. Entendemos que é mediante disponibilidade, mas se fechamos o hotel, esse berço teria que ter sido reservado exatamente naquele momento que pagamos e não ainda ficar pendente de disponibilidade para o check in. Quando chegamos no hotel, fomos tratados com indiferença e desprezo pelos funcionários, que não se esforçaram nem um pouco em conseguir resolver o problema. Nosso bebê, de menos de um ano, teve que dormir no meio de nós pais, com as camas juntas, e para quem tem filhos menores de um ano, sabe o quanto isso é inadequado e não recomendado. O café da manhã era ruim, com poucas opções. Quarto frio e não tinha opção de ar quente no ar-condicionado. Experiência ruim.
