No respetan las reservas hasta con habitación pagada te dejan en la calle y te dicen q no tienen dis

Nada, Todo mal. En la mañana reservé y pagué la habitación individual y en la noche me digeron q no tenían habitaciones disponibles y no me hospedaron

Hotel con pocas amenidades.

El hotel como tal es tranquilo y nada màs.

Cons:

Lamentablemente poco espacio para moverse dentro de la habitaciòn, la puerta del baño no tenia seguro, el ventilador no tenia mucha velocidad y la cama esta muy rigida.

La chica de recepción de la tarde noche es increíblemente amable y me ayudó en mi proceso de registro.
La ubicación es increíble, zona residencial cerca de Expo y Chapalita

Cons:

PARA LOS REGISTROS VIA BOOKING LAS HABITACIONES ASIGNADAS NO SON LAS QUE SE MUESTRAN EN LAS FOTOGRAFÍAS DE LA APP.

Habitación asignada: 56 quinto piso.

Calor extremo, las habitaciones son en extremo calurosas, el ventilador no tiene mantenimiento y avienta polvo y plumas de paloma. Hay nido de palomas y guano de palomas en el exterior, huele muy mal desde que subes al quinto piso.
Con el calor el olor se intensifica.

Aunque hay letrero de no fumar, los pasillos huelen a humo de cigarro, el chico de recepción fuma cerca de las habitaciones.

Se escuchan ratas o ratones en coladera.
Las cortinas están muy sucias (literalmente están rígidas de suciedad).

Mosquiteros llenos de plumas de paloma.

Ventana de baño no cierra completamente y no hay forma de no exhibirse a otras habitaciones o al edificio contiguo cuando sales de bañarte.

La cama se sienten los resortes al acostarte.

habia sancudos en la habitacion y fue muy molesto, lo reporte pero el personal de limpieza, sencillamente respondieron que no tenian, como eliminarlo

The staff was good and the rooms look the same as in the pic.

Cons:

The room window was left open and the room was full of mosquitoes. The staff gave me something to burn to keep them away. Didn't solve the problem. I killed about 10 mosquitoes.
