Местоположение отеля.

Cons:

1. Почему-то при заселении мое бронирование и оплату не смогли найти в системе отеля и потребовалось пару часов чтобы подготовить новые номера.
2. Огромное количество китайских туристов которые пришли одновременно в 7 утра в небольшое пространство, где накрывают на завтрак.
3. Телеви телевидение и Smart TV не работаЛо.

A perfect example of how bad service can ruin high expectations
Pros:

The room was big enough, with comfortable bed, fridge and very silent air conditioning.
The breakfast was also good - a lot of chesse, egs, flakes and vegetables. The reception was opened even in late night.

Cons:

The hotel has 4 stars, but some aspects of my stay were really disappointing:

1. I arrived at around 2 AM, and when I first entered the room, the TV was on. I spent about 30 minutes looking for the remote control, but the one provided in the room wouldn't turn it off, so I had to use some hidden buttons on the back of the TV. Nice entertainment after a flight, isn't it?
2. The water in the minibar costs 300 dinars. Come on, the room costs over €120 per night. Why not provide a complimentary bottle of water?
3. The trash can in the room was full from the previous guests.
4. The toilet paper was so thin you could practically see through it, and the toilet seat was broken.
5. I didn't understand why there were people acting as guards in the breakfast area. At first, I thought they were waiters or something, but when I said "Hi," they just stared at me and did nothing, except make the atmosphere more tense. Really strange.

After all that, I could not recommend and would not stay there once again.

Нам понравилось :) Если еще раз будем в Белграде, то снова остановимся в этом же отеле
Pros:

Вкусный и сытный завтрак, красиво оформленная веранда для него, хорошее постельное белье, вежливые и приятные сотрудники отеля, наличие в номере чайника и чая-кофе тоже порадовало. Pet-friendly.

Lo consiglio per raggiungere l'Università.
Pros:

Ottima posizione per l'Università. Albergo ben tenuto e pulito.

Cons:

Nonostante fossi al 6° piano, si sentivano i rumori della strada con le finestre chiuse. Nulla di terribile, ma migliorabile.
