Pros:

Location was perfect. In the middle of Old Quarter.
The reception was very helpful.

Cons:

No windows. The tap in the bathroom was loose. The safety box didn’t work at all.

La atención de los chicos de la recepción ue muy buena. Y la ubicación excelente.

Cons:

La limpieza es muy justita. Y para ir a desayunar has de ir fuera del hotel, a 2 calles y la calidad del desayuno muy baja.

Un beau séjour à Hanoï
Pros:

Le personnel est adorable, présent et à l’écoute de nos demandes. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le vieux quartier d’Hanoï c’est un bon rapport qualité/prix!

Cons:

Peu de pression pour se doucher au 7ème étage mais rien d'alarmant

Simple city stay no frills
Pros:

Very easy to access in middle of old quarter, hot shower. The guy at the front desk downstairs was so helpful, we’d just got off a long bus journey and were bedding down for the night & he immediately sorted us a bus for sapa the next morning, organised it all & opened up breakfast earlier the next morning so we could eat before we set off. Such a good guy!!

Cons:

Bed was a little hard, but I wasn’t too bothered we just stayed for a night before a 6am bus

Good location but beware the rooms are not as advertised.
Pros:

It's a great location in the centre of the old quarter. The staff are lovely. They have a room to store bags on checkout day.

Cons:

The rooms looked nothing like the photos and were nowhere near as nice. Functional but incredibly basic and not comfortable. The windows did not have a seal and kept none of the noise out. I think it's way overpriced vs other hotels I have stayed at within the area

Location, it’s near everywhere.

Cons:

Shower water too low to none, breakfast is in another hotel (had to walk for about 200m), TV didn’t work at all the whole time we were there. I hope the management fix this permanently.
But they were kind enough to hold our luggage for 2 days (we were in Sapa) prior our actual check-in.

За эти деньги можно снять более хороший отель. Переночевали ночь и не стали продлевать. Отель очень старый, неприятный запах в номере, вместо мягкого изголовья, были самоклеющие обои.

Расположение и персонал. Спасибо за сохранение сумок до отъезда

Cons:

Отель маленький, тесный и довольно потрёпан. Вроде как на фотографиях, но когда внутри номера ощущение потрепанности. Завтрак находится в другом отеле, не плохой.

The staff were very friendly and kind. Room was ready early. Location is great.

Cons:

This is not a 3 star hotel. The room was very small and very hot when we arrived. Dirty walls and wallpaper peeling off. We paid extra for a nicer room too so I don’t know what the most basic rooms are like. The shower barely worked - got water out of about half the shower head. It was like a tiny trickle. Bed sheets were old and worn.
