As usual the sparkling cleanliness..
Walking distance to pubs and eatery food stall... Swimming pool very clean and at top roof 6 feet depth.. Very reasonable price too.

Cons:

No hotel restaurant available, but ok since food stall walking distance.

Estada correcta: habitacions àmplies i netes, però el Wi-Fi lent i la TV molt desfasada.
Pros:

Habitacions grans i molt netes, bona piscina i un lobby ampli amb espai per treballar.

Cons:

Internet molt lent i la televisió antiga, de baixa resolució i sense apps (YouTube, Netflix). El gimnàs és petit i una mica lluny de la platja.

Short Trip in Pattaya
Pros:

The location is strategic. Either you want to have nightlife or going to the beach is very near.

Facility is decent I can say. But the pool is great.
To find food is also very easy.

Cons:

The pool is still smoking area, if this is non - smoking area. It will be good.

The noise from the road also very bad. Luckily the area is not so noisy, and in my bathroom it's a bit smelly.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and modern. Air-conditioning excellent

Cons:

2000 baht deposit way too much when considering there is no mini bar. It makes you feel you will be scammed when leaving. I did get the full deposit returned.
