Fijn hotel op prima locatie
Pros:

Net hotel met een mooie kamer, zicht op zwembad en zee. Ontbijt is prima.
Prima locatie om de oude stad te bezoeken, ruim 10 minuten lopen.

Cons:

Enig minpuntje is de wat stugge en weinig geïnteresseerde houding van het personeel. De schoonmaaksters zijn wel uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam daarentegen!

Hotel in zentrumsnaher Lage, Parkplatz, saubere freundliche Rezeption, freundliches Personal, Zimmer komfortabel, sauber, guter Roomservice

Cons:

Frühstücksraum laut, Kaffeeautomat für Grösse nicht ausreichend, Frühstücksangebot akzeptabel, Hygiene (abwischen der Tische) ?, Momentaufnahme : Poolbereich nicht aufgeräumt, Pool voller Blätter und am Anreisetag nicht nutzbar; Momentaufnahme: am Abend Stehempfang eines Kongresses im Poolebereich - sehr laut bis in den späten Abend.

Tolle Lage mit leider vielen Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer (Strand Kolovare) und zur Altstadt (fußläufig 10 min) ist großartig. Unser Zimmer war groß, neu renoviert,komfortabel und sehr sauber.Auch Eingangs-&Poolbereich sind sauber und recht neu.

Cons:

Leider überwiegen bei diesem Aufenthalt die Dinge, die uns nicht gefallen haben.
Als nicht Pauschalreisende mit Busgruppe oder Kongressteilnehmer:innen, haben wir uns stellenweise wie Gäste 2.Klasse gefühlt.
Das begann bei der Tischsuche beim Abendessen(wir wurden in ein Eck "verfrachtet")und endete damit, dass wir an keinem der Tage unseren Balkon zur Meerseite nutzen konnten,weil es Kongresse gab, deren Empfang im Freien direkt unter unserem Balkon stattfanden(teilweise bis nach 23.00 Uhr).An einen gemütlichen Tagesausklang am Balkon war aufgrund der Geräuschkulisse nicht zu denken.
Speisen: Der Speisesaal ist leider sehr laut.Die Auswahl entspricht unserer Meinung nach nicht vier Sternen.Die Speisen beim Abendessen waren nie heiß sondern eher lauwarm.Schade! Ich habe das auch rückgemeldet und erhielt nur ein Schulterzucken.
Eine ähnliche Reaktion erhielten wir, als wir das Thema mit dem Lärm am Balkon ansprachen.
Es wäre Kongresswoche.Wäre diese Info für uns ersichtlich gewesen, hätten wir nicht gebucht.

Great option close to the beach
Pros:

Large hotel with free parking. Breakfast and pool are nice with vegetarian options.

The ticket system for the parking can be problematic at the entry and exit barrier.

Pros:

Hotel je opravdu u plaze pres jednu mene frekventovanou silnici a v dochazkove vzdalenosti do centra behem par minut.

Cons:

Zrovna se konala v hotelu konference a nas pokoj byl hned nad cateringem u bazenu,tedy vecer i rano vetsi hluk.
