Pour une étape rapide à Zadar (proche de la gare routière)
Pros:

La piscine. L’amabilité du personnel. La proximité avec la gare routière (bus).

Cons:

Assez loin du centre historique (à pieds). La plage de Kolovare n’est pas très jolie. La salle de restaurant est très impersonnelle (beaucoup de bruit). Même si il est bien entretenu, l’architecture de l’hôtel fait penser aux années 70…

Śniadanie pyszne, duży wybór. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Widok z pokoju na basen i morze. Blisko do dworca autobusowego, supermarketu, restauracji. Spacerkiem do starego miasta. Cicha okolica.

Cons:

Brak butelki wody w pokoju chociażby na przywitanie. Kawa z automatu przy śniadaniu - słaby wybór. Brak stojaka do walizek, co utrudniało codzienne wyciąganie rzeczy z walizki. W pokoju dwuosobowym tylko 1 pufa, brak krzesła, nie było na co położyć rzeczy. Poplamiony dywan w pokoju. Super, że można zostawić walizki po wymeldowaniu, jednak pokój ten był otwarty,, mieliśmy obawy czy jest bezpiecznie zostawić bagaż.

Cons:

Att det är fullständig kapplöpning till poolen och alla gäster lägger ut sina handdukar på solstolarna för att därefter inte vistas där. Det innebär i praktiken mängder med stolar som är låsta till människor som inte nyttjar dem.

Great location, however still a lot of room for improvement

Great location, great staff and receptionist.
Ample of parking space and parking is free

The property location and size can provide so much more and has a lot of potential.. It fails to leave a good impression though.
There is good intention but execution is poor.
1. The booking via booking.com was for a double room. but we were informed that the booking was for only one person and had to pay extra at the Hotel.
2. At the breakfast, we asked for some water before leaving. Since it was past 10am, the lady made a big scene before switiching on the machine and giving one glass of water.
3. At the pool, there were around 5 people in the pool , however more than 25 benches were all blocked by towels. When i asked the staff, we just shrugged saying "we cant educate people, its in their culture if they dont read the instructions well" and offered to give me new benches..
4. The AC could not get the room cooled below 23 degrees celsius.
5. The room didnt have a kettle for coffee which you would expect in a 4 star hotel.
6. One common elevator used by staff and guests for such a big hotel felt odd

Pros:

Bardzo polecam hotel Kolovare. Blisko do atrakcyjnej plaży i starego miasta. Schludne, czyste i komfortowe pokoje. Śniadania bez fajerwerków ale nie można wyjść głodnym. Dodatkowo jest kilka restauracji i barów pod samym hotelem. Obsługa bardzo miła. Polecam.
