Stay here only if xou really need to be a walking distance from rhe Zadar centre
Pros:

Not much… I can only mention a size of the room as a plus.

Cons:

It’s a bit run down, definitely needs a maddive renovation over all. It’s not a good value for money. I can get a modern 5-star hotel in Tokyo or Osaka for the same price. I am currently staying at a hotel in Helsinki of the same category (on the paper), for less than a half price and the two cannot compare. Do, all-in-all it is an overpriced place.

Nagyon jó szálloda kiváló lokációval
Pros:

Kiváló lokáció a belvárostól 10 perc sétára, a strand közvetlenül a szálloda mellett van, kényelmes szoba, bőséges reggeli, late check out-nál rugalmas helyzetkezelés

Gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren grosszügig und gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Gegend wunderbar geschlafen. Parken direkt vor dem Hotel. Kleiner Strand (gut frequentiert) mit wenigen Schritten direkt vor dem Hotel. Gemütlicher, bequemer ist der Pool mit Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Altstadt von Zadar ist etwa in 10-15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück war für uns ausreichend.

Great location everything was close: beach, bars, grocery, bus station, airport.
