Everything was good... Staff was especially helpful... I had some emergency situation and the support I got from them was commendable ..
Just that gym could be made better.. the equipments were old and not working as expected. Dumbell oairs missing. But ambience, water, towels etc. was well kept and clean...

Concierge service was good and the Hotel Rasa served tasty North Indian cuisine, and their staff was good.
Very bad customer service at the Reception.
Reception staff Not courteous. They were grumpy. They were rude. They had no sense of professional experience for a 3-star hotel according to the global standards of Best Western.
The General Manager Mr Javed was unbothered about me as an irate / angry/ disappointed customer about the hotel services.
The pillows and matress were hard.The laundry service was sloppy.
The washroom amenities were faulty. The shower handle was broken. The toilet seat was shifty. There was no door to the bath area. The bath water filled out into the rest of the bathroom
When we complained to the Reception staff, Mr Javed did not bothered to talk to us.
