私たちはBooking.comで予約して支払いしましたが、当日のセルフチェックインの際に再度課金されてしまいました。チェックイン機の操作を間違えたのかもしれませんが、スタッフに申し出るとすぐに返金処理をしてくれました。さらに原因は不明ですが、約一か月後にカードに宿泊料金が再度課金されました。メールを送るとすぐに返金処理されましたが、注意が必要です。
very very comfortable beds. Felt safe. useful to be able to sit during the day and charge phone etc. VERY clean!
Both my rooms were just a bit grim in turns of lookout of the window. And I really hated the long twisty rather dark corridors....for a woman on her own -scary!

There is a ping pong table and table football game in the common area, which is nice to play. It is easy to leave the baggage in the storage room for free (just print out the access card from self check in kiosk and find the storage room, if you want the individual locker you need to pay).
The hotel is very close to the central station.
We came at 16:00 and our rooms were not ready (although the check in is from 15:00). That was very surprising. I travel a lot but it never happened to me that the room is not ready after the check in hours started. Finally they found other rooms for us (we booked two rooms in total).
The microwaves in the kitchen were very dirty inside. I wanted use one but resign seeing in what condition it was.
Also wanted to make some tea but it appeared someone was cooking eggs in the kettle!!! I could not imagine using that kettle myself knowing that some people use it for cooking other things than water. Thankfully the warm water was also available in the cafe machine.
Some parts of the rooms (close to ventilation, above curtains) were very dusty.
I also believe one ping pong table and football table for some many guests is not enough (there is around 100 rooms).

The tram runs right next to the hotel, operating until around 1:30 a.m. and starting again as early as 5:30 a.m. Since my room was on the second floor, it was extremely noisy.
The room facilities were also quite basic. There was not even a drinking glass. The only toiletry provided seemed to be an all-in-one shampoo and body wash, which was not very pleasant to use.
On my final day, even the automatic front entrance door was broken, so guests had to enter and leave through the emergency exit. Overall, I felt that the hotel was poorly maintained.
Excellent all around and exceeded my expectations for the value
Fantastic location - 5 mins walk from central station and easy to reach harbour and all main sights. Clean, comfortable, fantastic facilities, easy check in and check out. Excellent value for money. Big recommend!
