Konum olarak o kadar güzel bir yerde ki Oslo’da gezilecek tüm yerlere yaya ile ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca otel yakınlarında çok güzel kahvaltı mekanlarıc kafeler var. Check-in & check-out çok rahat. Oda temiz ve soğuk havaya karşın çok güzel ısınıyor.

Cons:

Eğer çok gün kalacaksanız oda içerisinde buzdolabı ya da giysi dolabı olmaması belki rahatsız edebilir. Olan seçenekler var ise değerlendirilebilir.

Amazing value for money
Pros:

Location was amazing, the room had everything you need, modern and clean.

Overall, affordable and functional, perfect for short stays with excellent location.
Pros:

Citybox is simple and practical. Room is small but clean, bed is okay. Great location — steps away from restaurants, shops and the mall. Nice street view, and surprisingly quiet even by the road.

Cons:

very basic amenities, cramped space, no daily cleaning unless requested. Also, the door lock was faulty — it still opened even when I tried locking it. Thankfully no one entered, but this really needs fixing to avoid mix‑ups.

Good if you are young, travelling with friends!
Pros:

The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy, as everything is self-service.

Cons:

This hotel feels much more like a hostel than a traditional hotel. It seems mainly designed for younger travellers, with lots of people constantly coming and going, groups staying there, and very little actual hotel service or staff presence around.

To be fair, they are transparent about the concept before you book: there is no daily housekeeping, check-in and check-out are fully automated through self-service machines, and even luggage storage is done automatically. It is very technological and efficient, but also feels quite impersonal and not very welcoming. At times, the lack of visible staff created a slight feeling of insecurity.

The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, both the shower drain and sink drain were constantly clogged during my stay, which gave an unpleasant feeling despite the room appearing clean overall. Another downside is that there are no blackout curtains, so the room gets very bright early in the morning.

Overall, I think this hotel works if you are young, travelling with friends, or just need a cheap place to sleep for one or two nights. But if you are looking for comfort, service, attention to detail, or a more relaxing experience, I would probably recommend choosing another hotel.

For me personally, I would rate it around 6/10.
