L emplacement et les esuipements

Cons:

Le dîner pris le dernier jour, 1h50 pour une pizza!!!! Nous étions 6 à vouloir manger ensemble et j ai mangé seul. Aucun geste de fait, de plus la note est arrivée 4 fois avec chaque fois des oublis ou des erreurs : lamentable

Staff were nice

Cons:

I can’t review the property because upon arrival I was told that I would have to stay in a different hotel. They said the hotel was over booked. It was late and I had a child with me. I was not pleased about this but the staff did try their best to help

Top notch. Will visit again.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Although the location is right next to the airport, it was still convenient to have the shuttle collect us and take us back to the airport for our flight to Kumasi.
The stuff was really polite and always helpful.

Great hotel. A few tweaks needed

Proximity to airport. Professionalism of reception and restaurant staff. Pool side. Shuttle service. Gym (although for last two see further comments)

Cons:

We arrived on 18th June with BA. The driver who picked us was extremely rude. He most definitely needs customer service training. A discredit to your establishment. He arrived at the airport lounge and hurried us along, treating us like naughty school children who had been summoned to the school heads' office. As he was pushing our luggage some of them dropped. No apology. He was acting like the suitcases had no right to fall off. He then flung them into the minibus with little regard despite voicing our displeasure. Some of the gym equipment were not working. Someone came to fix the treadmill. He started to work on the skiing machine but then disappeared into the ether never to return. A sign should be provided so we can hang it on the hotel room door handle indicating whether we want our room cleaned. . It's rather unsettling to come back to your room to find that it's been cleaned and stuff rearranged without prior consent. Also weird that the cleaning person knocked on our door at random times asking if we needed a towel. Quite intrusive.

Professional staff, almost everyone I met was more than willing to assist with any issues.

Cons:

They don't have weighing scale. For a hotel of that nature very close to the airport, I expects them to have a weighing scale as courtesy for their guests since most are travelers.
