Pros:

J'ai adoré avoir des fruits frais au déjeuner (melon d'eau, cerise, melon miel et ananas), car l'a sélection sont des fruits rarement retrouvé dans les hôtels. Le déjeuner était juste excellent. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Il est certain que si je reviens à Kingston, j'y retournerai sans aucun problème.

Breakfast was nice and staff was overall helpful and friendly

Cons:

We were only informed at check-in that the water would be shut off from 9:00 a.m. the following day.
Shortly after we arrived, all of the elevators stopped working, and the hair dryer in our room was also not functioning. It appeared that the property was undergoing inspections and maintenance during our stay. In my view, if these disruptions were expected, the hotel should not have accepted bookings during that period. Given that it was convocation season, it would have been more considerate to schedule routine inspections and maintenance for a less busy time to minimize the impact on guests.
