Pros:

Stayed at different places while traveling ..did not eat breakfast because it was not complimentary and the coffee was almost clear with basic coffee creamer and sugar ..the staff was very friendly and accommodating but for the price breakfast should have been included…also the bathrooms had signs asking you to reuse your towels ..the parking lot had signs park at your own risk with no cameras seen other than one behind a tree
