場所は便利ですが、時間によりホテルからまたはホテルにタクシーが入ってこらないのは不便でした。カードキーを一枚無くしてしまいチェックアウトの時に20000KRWチャージされました。こんなのは初めてで驚きました。ホテルの案内書には書いてあったそうですが、きちんと読まなかったのが、いけなかったですが、できればチェックインの時にこんな大切な事案内して欲しかった！
何とかならないのかと交渉しましたが無理でした。がっかりしました。みなさん気をつけてください。
Zeet nette kamets. Lekker bed. Goede douche. Luxe toilet. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede ligging dichtbij de metro.
Zowel overnachting als ontbijt wel prijzig. Maar je krijgt er ook wat voor.
We loved the location and the little bit of luxury. We spent our last night in Seoul here before returning home because we wanted to treat ourselves a little bit at the end of our busy holiday. Perfect location for the last minute shopping and comfortable stay before heading home. The exceptional staff made us feel so welcome and on check out we were also beautifully looked after.

They reduced the daily cleaning to once in 2 days. Thus paying the full amount for the days that there is no cleaning makes it unfair. Also, there is bad smell in corridors of upper floors, maybe because of carpets. The room also feels small if you have big luggages.

横浜駅きた東口から徒歩1分、下にファミリーマートとカフェ。
アメニティーも豊富に用意されており、自由に1階でもらうことが出来ます。
海外在住の一時帰国の為、日本滞在中こちらのホテルを2回チェックインしましたが
1回目と2回目のチェックインの間、荷物を預かってもらえなかった。
急遽兄に取りに来てもらい、2回目のチェックインに合わせて宅配で送ってもらうことになった。
スペースがないことはわかるけど、もう少し譲歩してほしい。
合計2週間近く滞在を毎年しています。
どのスタッフの方も日本語が堪能で安心して宿泊できました。チェックイン前チェックアウト後の荷物も預かっていただけて助かりました。場所も明洞のど真ん中で楽しい旅行になりました。ただ、ホテル前はタクシーが入ることができないので目の前での下車はできません。駅近なので歩くには全く苦痛ではありませんでした。トイレとお風呂も分かれていて、湯船を溜めることができ、マッサージクッションまで置いてありました。次回も泊まりたいと思います。

This hotel has a perfect location in the heart of Myeondong. The narrow roads and alleys turn into a market at night with stores and food vendors lining the streets. The room was clean but just a bit small for three adults.
Room was a bit small for three adults. The roads around the hotel are narrow to taxi's and buses cannot easily get there. We walked to the Myeondong train station a few blocks away to get taxi service.

レセプションの方も皆さん日本語が達者で親切。
2025年改装済みという事で凄くキレイ、何より風呂トイレが別なのが素晴らしい。
良くなかった訳ではないが、敢えて言うと立地が明洞のど真ん中過ぎてタクシー横付けできない事くらい。
明洞駅でタクシー降りて徒歩3分くらいだから全然問題ないが、スーツケースとか大きい荷物がある雨の日の移動はちょっと大変かも。
