Pokój z basenem i bliska odległość do lotniska.

Cons:

Niestety w pokoju śmierdziało wilgocią i wszytskie ściany miały ślady grzyba. W łazience pozostawiona osa na podłodze, okno nie doczyszczone z wilgoci. Jestem wyczulona na takie sprawy zwłaszcza jeśli cena pokoju jest tak wysoka. Poza łyżeczkami w pokoju nie było żadnych sztućców czy talerzy nawet, by coś podgrzać w mikrofalówce która była na stanie wyposażenia. Jedzenie było średniej jakości, niestety pierwszego wieczoru znalazłam dwa włosy w łososiu…

Séjour exceptionnel avec de supers propositions d'animations
Pros:

très joli hôtel situé dans un village calme et authentique. Le club juste en face l'hôtel dispose d'un espace pour les clients de l'hôtel et on a particulièrement apprécié l'animateur Zach qui a égaillé notre séjour avec des propositions funs et conviviales.

l'horaire de fermeture du restaurant le soir, un peu tôt

Pros:

Colazione di buon livello, per qualità e varietà. Discreta la cucina serale, qualche piatto buono, altri meno.
La piscina è bella e comoda e in qualche serata (ma non sempre) c'è stata una buona animazione.
Il paesino, S'Algar, un po' troppo spento: è vero che cercavamo tranquillità, ma c'è un limite anche a quella.

Cons:

Quello che non mi è piaciuto? l'idea (grazie anche alle foto pubblicate) una bella spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini, che però dista alcuni chilometri dall'Hotel. E' vero che c'è un servizio navetta per andare a tornare, però devi prenotare anche l'orario di ritorno prima di partire e rischi di dover rimanere seduto al bar perché ombrelloni e sdraio quando arrivi sono già tutti occupati.

Estancia fantastica y super relajante.
Pros:

Comodidad de las habitaciones, la tranquilidad del establecimiento. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, dando consejos sobre zonas a visitar, horarios de recintos. En general todo el personal se hace querer por su amabilidad y simpatía, sobre todo las responsables de sala (comedor) que fueron muy amables en todo momento, cuidando todos los detalles.

Cons:

Lo unico que no nos acabo de convencer, fueron las cenas de las noches temáticas, que a nuestro parecer, tendrían que haber sido un poco mas temáticas, pero es una opinion muy personal, porque estaban muy bien organizadas y fueron un éxito.

Remek helyen, gyönyörű környezetben fekvő szálloda.
Pros:

A szálloda poziciója, tagolása, kialakítása nagyon jó. Kényelmesen elérhető a strand, gyönyörű pálmaliget övezi. A reggeli bőséges. A medencés szobák nagyon szeparáltak.

Struttura molto pulita, personale molto distaccato e poco cordiale

Cons:

Cibo pessimo, prezzi del bar della piscina altissimi. Due caffe la bellezza di 7 euro, bottiglia d'acqua piccola euro 2,80. Prezzi folli. Personale molto scortese mai un sorriso.

Séjour très agréable avec un cadre magnifique et un accueil très chaleureux

Una vacanza relax
Pros:

La suite con piscina e vista mare ha fatto la differenza.
La camera era molto spaziosa con un bel guardaroba e una piccola cucina, era molto pulita, il letto ampio e comodo.
La colazione e la cena servite al buffet con prodotti freschi e di qualità.
La piscina del resort era ben attrezzata e con tutti i confort.

Cons:

L'intrattenimento serale era scarso e finiva alle 22,30.
Per il resto andava tutto bene.

Apart from the above mentioned issues we need to emphasise the fact that we had a brilliant holiday, several of the staf
Pros:

Very clean, attentive staff, modern/contemporary design and good facilities.

Cons:

Areas such as the VIP pool beds (which almost all are broken, missing head cushions on the same beds) less than impressive restaurant in the same area.
We had room 2003 and whilst the room was excellent the Whicker seating around the pool was very dated, damaged with very sharp broken strands and the composite steps are broken and in need of repair.
