Please inform the hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. From Mondays to Thursdays, reception is open between 12:00 and 20:30. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, reception is open between 09:00 and 17:30. (If the reception is not occupied by 8:30 p.m., the reception will be occupied from 6:30 a.m. the following day).
Please note that the bathrooms at the property does not have wheelchair access. The dining area is also difficult to access by wheelchair.
When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Nur die Lage
Sehr enttäuschend und keinesfalls so, wie das Hotel auf Booking.com und der eigenen Homepage dargestellt wird. Frühstücksbuffet, Pool- und SPA-Bereich stehen nicht zur Verfügung. Auch die veröffentlichten Fotos, u. a. vom Außenbereich, entsprechen nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand.
Der gesamte Hotelbereich wirkt stark verstaubt und ungepflegt und lässt vermuten, dass hier kaum noch gereinigt wird. Auch unser Zimmer, insbesondere die Dusche, war in einem hygienisch nicht akzeptablen Zustand. Die gläserne Eingangstür des Hotels ist beschädigt bzw. eingetreten und lässt sich häufig nicht öffnen.
Mitarbeiter sind zwar vor Ort, geben sich jedoch nicht als Ansprechpartner zu erkennen. Auf unsere ausführliche Beschwerde haben wir bis heute keinerlei Reaktion erhalten.
Wir waren bereits vor drei Jahren Gäste und konnten die deutliche Verschlechterung selbst feststellen.
Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Aufgrund des Zustands und der erheblichen Abweichungen von der Darstellung können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

The location is stellar and so is the free coffee and water. The only employee there tried his best and was very friendly, so was the cleaning lady, even though she did not speak any German or English, communication could only happen via her translate app on her phone.
Single room #16, DO NOT BOOK!! Black mold in shower, shower curtain moldy and severely dirty , this used to be an enclosed shower with a sliding door, now door removed and curtain attached with rod above the pre-existing door frame, TV did not work, private balcony was accessable by other guests, night stand light did not work, headboard of bed was severely worn, cobwebs above bed, water stains on ceiling, no fan/ventilator provided (and there was a heat wave), no direct help or conversation responses with major issues from owner! Was told through employee from owner that I didn't pay much, so I should not expect much! But there aren't any room/comfort categories to choose from, only how many beds. SO: if you pay less than $50 expect to get the worst room! I stayed here last year and had the perfect room: room#1, Even though the guest staying there while I was there mentioned that the TV stopped working after 5 min of use! This property changed management since summer 2025 and severely went down hill! NO swimming pool, NO sauna! NO breakfast offered, even though it is mentioned in the welcome email/message once you check-in!
A family arrived late at night and had booked a ajoining room only to have guests staying in one of the rooms already, they had to split up the family until resolved! My stay was certainly NOT the only issue!
Es war sauber. Daher kann ich es als Notlösung empfehlen. Das Hotel hat eine gute Aufteilung an Zimmern und Lobby und Aufenthaltsraum. In den Bäder wurde renoviert.
Leider ist das Hotel komplett in die Jahre gekommen. Der Renovierungsstau ist sichtbar. Türen, Fenster, Vorhänge, Böden müssten erneuert werden. Das Hotel wurde so minimal renoviert, dass es gerade so funktioniert.
Wir waren früher schon einmal da gewesen, da war es wirklich gut. Frühstück, Schwimmbad und Sauna waren damals gut gewesen
Leider ist es jetzt gar nicht mehr gut. Es ist sehr verwohnt, Frühstück, Schwimmbad und Sauna gibt es nicht mehr und die Haustür ist eine Herausforderung.
Aber das schlimmste ist, dass gar kein Personal in diesem Hotel ist. Wir hatten das Problem, dass andere Gäste die ganze Nacht nach 01:00 Uhr im Innenhof Party gemacht haben. Laute Musik, laute Gespräche und viel Alkohol. Es war nicht möglich, irgendwie für Ruhe zu sorgen, Aussage am Notfalltelefon war: "rufen Sie die Polizei, wir können Ihnen nicht helfen".
Insgesamt sehr unprofessionell.
Wir sind regelmäßig in Augsburg, aber sicherlich nie wieder in einem Ana-Hotel
