Die Lage ist prima, fußläufig ist das Zentrum gut zu erreichen. Check- in war einfach. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und sauber, die Betten bequem. In unmittelbarer Nähe kann man im Parkhaus parken. Ein Supermarkt liegt gleich gegenüber.
Das Zimmer und Bad sind etwas klein. Wir haben es mit Frühstück gebucht, waren aber enttäuscht, dass es so wenig zu essen gab. Man konnte zwischen drei Varianten wählen, aber die Grundgage ist jeweils nur ein Toast. In einem Gläschen kam noch etwas Joghurt mit wenig Müsli dazu. Es war wenig, aber liebevoll angerichtet.

All Citybox hotels need to use luggage racks to hold the luggage - only option is to put the luggage on the clean bed or on the floor.
Camera carina e ben strutturata ma non grandissima. La porta non si chiudeva all’uscita, armadio assente. Va bene per una notte. Colazione non a buffet e molto risicata, scelta fra tre piatti
The location is perfect in that it's 10 minute walk to the train station. Check-in/out is all done by kiosk, which worked for us. There is a staff person who was helpful. It was easy to store luggage before check-in. It was a pleasant walk to all parts of Bergen.

O hotel beneficia de uma localização excelente e oferece todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável. Sem luxos desnecessários, tem tudo o que é preciso para descansar e recuperar energias depois de um dia de passeio ou trabalho.
O pequeno-almoço é bastante básico e todo o conceito do hotel assenta numa experiência muito automatizada, pensada para que os hóspedes não precisem de interagir com ninguém durante a estadia. Embora exista apoio disponível caso surja alguma questão, senti falta do contacto humano e de uma receção mais personalizada. Ter alguém presente para nos receber e dar as boas-vindas tornaria a experiência mais acolhedora e próxima.
Rent, fräscht, centralt läge, tyst. Uppskattade bra mörkläggningsgardiner. Bra med gästköket för att kunna göra eget te/kaffe. Tyckte om möjligheten låna/hyra stort paraply. Skönt slippa tv på rummet.
Saknade ytterligare en stol i rummet och lite fler krokar/hylla i badrummet. Några fler galgar.
