Overall, I liked the hotel and would consider staying here again.

It offers good value for money, an excellent location where it was easy to get everywhere either by public transport or on foot, and a very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus.
The lobby was comfortable and convenient for meeting people or waiting.

Cons:

Initially, I booked a room on a higher floor. While the price difference was not significant, it still existed, and I expected more comfortable conditions. However, the room did not meet my expectations.
It was spacious, but not very tidy, as if it was rarely used and therefore not maintained as carefully. The main issue, however, was the shower — the water simply did not drain, and unfortunately this could not be fixed, as it seems to be a design problem.

The staff kindly changed my room, and I moved from the 7th floor to the 2nd floor. The new room was wonderful: clean, very comfortable, and pleasant to stay in, which really improved my experience.

I would also like to note that some of the towels could use replacement, as they are quite worn.

Бутиков хотел, на добро място.
Pros:

Това беше най-отзивчивия персонал, който съм виждала. Отличен английски, готовност за съдействие и добро отношение. Дадоха ни препоръки за следващия път и ни съдействаха по всякакъв начин. Хотела е чист и много удобен. Препоръчвам.

Cons:

Имаше проблем с вентилацията и миришеше неприятно, но персонала направи всичко възможно да го отстрани, така че престоя ни да не бъде помрачен.

Pros:

Geweldig personeel! De receptioniste was heel gastvrij en zorgvuldig. We kregen een kamerupgrade. De kamers waren heel ruim! Hee ontbijtbuffet was riant en verfijnd.

Cons:

De kamers waren erg warm, de airco werkte helaas nog niet (overgang naar het zomerseizoen). In een hotel van deze kwaliteit mag je bijvoorbeeld tissues en body lotion verwachten op de kamer.

Biz 4 gecelik konakladık her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Balayında tercih ettik eşim balayı için geldiğimizi söyleyince odamıza şampanya ve pasta bırakarak sürpriz yapmışlar. Otele ilk girdiğimiz günden son çıktığımız güne kadar resepsiyondaki restorandaki çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Teşekkür ederiz😊

Tutto perfetto
Pros:

Assolutamente tutto. Camera spaziosissima, letto ampio molto comodo e bagno perfetto e funzionale completo di tutto. Pulizia ok. Colazione varia e abbondante, tutto molto buono. Staff molto cortese. Posizione comoda sia per muoversi a piedi sia per la vicinanza dei mezzi di trasporto. In definitiva hotel consigliato.

Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen
Pros:

Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Betten sehr bequem und die Dusche traumhaft.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte mehr Müsli Angebote haben und es gab auch keinen frischen Obstsalat. Dafür viel Käse, Wurst und Salate. Bodylotion wäre noch toll gewesen.
