Place was ok, don’t know if we would stay there again.
Pros:

Location, easy access for exploring the Black Hills and Custer.

Cons:

Stayed for three nights, tv service wasn’t working for our whole stay. Internet was spotty. Paid for a balcony room, woke up at 8:30 first morning to them pressure washing the deck right next to us so we couldn’t use the balcony until later in the day. Also made it hard to put our granddaughter down for her nap as it was really loud right outside our window. Their complimentary breakfast is just bagels and cereal.

Palmer Gulch is an amazing place for families to enjoy the sights and family time.
Pros:

This was a wonderfully located resort very close to the main attractions. Great amenities offered on campus.

Cons:

The staff was friendly , but not always very confident or knowledgable. I wish there were more free activities on the activity schedule.
