No facturan pésimo servicio, la recepción se hace pendeja para facturar

Ubicación muy buena
Tenia WiFi, la señal estaba estable
Y es de facíl acceso

Cons:

La habitación no se ve como las fotos, no soy muy accesibles para la hora de entrada y se batallo un poco en dejar algunas cosas en el refrigedador donde se desayuna

La ubicación es buena cerca del Paseo de la Reforma

La habitación era vieja, no como la que aparece en la publicidad. No tenía el seguro de la puerta, no nos dieron control de TV, la persona de limpieza abrió la puerta de la habitación aunque estábamos ahí

No respetan reservas

No se, porque no respetaron mi reserva

Cons:

Que no respetaron mi reserva y nunca mandaron aviso de cancelación. Me informaron que solo respetaban reservas pagadas con anticipación. Entonces no deberían tener la opción de pagar en el alojamiento ya que los huespedes desconocemos sus politicas

Cons:

El agua caliente tardaba en salir más de 5 minutos, me tuve que bañar con el agua helada. La televisión 📺 es de la época de 1980, no había programación y siempre se repetían los mismos programas, el restaurante lo cerraban muy temprano por lo que tenía que salir a buscar algo de cenar.
