Pros:

We paid extra to upgrade to the balcony suite and it was money well spent! Relaxing out there with views of Etna and the sea were one of the highlights of our entire trip. The room itself was spacious and well stocked. The property was centrally located for exploring the city and the front desk staff were helpful and accommodating.

We would stay here again!
Pros:

This is an elegant, lovely accommodation, well located, with convenient restaurant next door. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. We enjoyed the delicious gifted Planeta wine!

Cons:

There is some street noise later in evening.

Cons:

Den positiven Eindruck haben €40 Zusatzgebühr für das Sofabett getrübt. Die zusätzliche Gebühr steht nicht in der Leistungsübersicht und auch im Reservierungsprozess (wie bei anderen Unterkünften üblich, sofern Zusatzkosten entstehen) wird nicht darauf hingewiesen. Auf Information unsererseits, dass das Sofabett benötigt wird, wurden auf die Zusatzgebühren hingewiesen. Dies soll in den Hausregeln ersichtlich sein (vermutlich irgendwo im Kleingedruckten).

Beautiful apartment in a great location.
Pros:

The apartment was beautiful with fantastic views. It is well located, just a short walk to the main shops and restaurants. Marcello was a helpful and friendly host. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

Cons:

Not an issue as we knew what we were booking, but due to the way Taormina is, the great location near shops and restaurants means it’s not close to the train station so transport was required to get to and from the property - just something people need to prepare for.

Location superb, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Location perfect, modern decoration, great showers, comfortable rooms and lounge area very spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful. We would definitely book here again.

Short stay
Pros:

Booked the room for a short stay, we liked definitely and deserves more time tp stay.
Marcello is great person, ready to help.
Our room is big, nicely equipped.
Strongly recommend the vale service if you have a car.
Just a few steps to center.

Loved it and would recommend
Pros:

We had a great stay. The staff were extremely accommodating as we arrived to Taromina earlier than the specified check in time. We were able to check in early which was great after a long day of travel. Marcello was lovely and very helpful! Very responsive via WhatsApp to coordinate our check in
We loved our stay and would go back again if we take another trip to Taromina.

Lovely apartment right next to Taormina city center
Pros:

Great service, liked the extra car service and beach services they connected us with. Very stylish apartments with top of the line appliances and fixtures.
Very clean and well stocked. Easy location to get to by car and by walking to town. The patio was lovely.

Cons:

No separation of trash.

Would absolutely stay here again if ever in Taormina!
Pros:

Beautiful apartment right outside of Porto Catania within 5 minutes walking distance to the main shopping street/ tourist attractions.
We stayed in the Palm Suite. Both bedrooms & bathrooms are of a good size & super comfortable.
Marcello the concierge was an amazing resource & helped us arrange our transportations. Daily housekeeping was a plus.
