The heat of Saigon

Great location, clean and comfortable overall, but the hospitality and noise levels could be improved
Pros:

The location was great, close to the city centre and within easy walking distance of most places we wanted to visit.

Cons:

There was quite a bit of noise from early in the morning, with people talking, laughing, and moving or banging things around. We weren’t sure whether it was coming from other guests or staff.

We also felt that the hospitality could have been warmer. Although the hotel itself was good overall, we didn’t feel much friendliness or warmth from the staff from the moment we arrived, especially compared with other places we stayed during our trip. Of course, this may be a personal impression, but we feel it’s something that could be easily improved to make guests feel more welcome and comfortable

Posizione molto comoda. La signora che gestisce l’hotel gentile è disponibile.

Cons:

Avevamo una stanza familiare. La zona coi letti singoli non aveva un comodino, nè alcun ripiano d’appoggio, nè una luce, ma solo un piccolo faretto.

A really lovely place to stay
Pros:

I loved this hotel. I was so nice. Decorated really well. The room was lovely. Really clean and nice to be in. Really well presented, especially for a hotel of this price.The staff were friendly and kind. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Amazing location
