Sehr gutes Apartment
Pros:

Ausstattung , Lage, Nähe zur U-Bahn, Ruhe bei unserem Zimmer zum Innenhof, der Ventilator im Schrank !!

Cons:

Das es keine Angabe der Einschränkung der Parkgarage in der Booking Anzeige gab, mein Auto passte nicht !! Hätte ich das gewusst, wäre es nicht zu einer Buchung gekommen

Cons:

Le manque d’entretien des installations. Poignée de fenêtre frigo ventilation de la salle de bains défaillants. La buanderie fermée avec pour travaux depuis des semaines ainsi que l’espace coworking. Les draps housse sont trop petits par rapport au matelas.

Gutes Appartement mit Schwächen

Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Das Apartment ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Alles in guten Zustand.

Cons:

Zufahrtsbeschreibung unzutreffend und damit verwirrend. Es wird eine Situation beschriebenen die nicht mehr existiert.
Parken in der Tiefgarage (Duplex) für SUV nicht geeignet. Bei meiner Anreise war es sehr heiß im Appartement. Leider konnte das Schlafzimmerfenster nur einen Spalt geöffnet werden da es gegen die Gardinenleiste stößt. Wer baut so einen Mist.

Ondanks kort verblijf wel van genoten
Pros:

Het was een ruime kamer, alles zat erin. Gezellige sfeer en ook genoeg comfort. De keuken en badkamer bevatten wat je nodig had. Het was een mooie omgeving.

Cons:

Mijn kamer lag ergens in een zijgang, wat best nog een stuk lopen was van de ingang. De deur had geen slot aan de binnenkant, ik ging ervan uit dat hij gewoon automatisch op slot ging maar dit was niet duidelijk.

Verder moest ik helaas eerder weg vanwege ziekte, helaas kon ik niet meer annuleren omdat ik daar niet voor gekozen had. Hierdoor heb ik maar een nacht gebruik gemaakt van deze plek wat erg jammer was. Omdat het toch best duur was weet ik niet of ik er nog een keer zou boeken. Ondanks ik misschien zelf een annuleringsverzekering had moeten nemen, had ik gehoopt dat het bedrijf een beetje mee zou leven en een compensatie zou aanbieden.
