So Happy Staying at Piazza Gamba.
Pros:

The location was ideal. It was a beautiful spacious apartment. Immaculately clean and so comfortable. I could have easily moved into this place. Great and helpful staff. I highly recommend anyone with family to stay here.

Unbeatable location and view of the Duomo
Pros:

The view! I was breathless when I saw the proximity from our window to the Duomo cathedral walls. Unbeatable. Also, the apartment rooms and common area were very large. Great service by the staff as well. Absolutely no complaints.

Ubicación, trato y amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Al menos nuestra habitación, no tenia ventanas. Las “exteriores” eran dos huecos en la cornisa. Las interiores daban a un mini patio lleno de aires acondicionados con un ruido y temperaturas terribles.

J'avais loué un appartement avec 2 salles de bains. En fait la 2ème n'avait ni douche ni baignoire.
L'appartement était très sombre.

Overall was absolutely fantastic. The location was fantastic with views of the Duomo and squares.

Cons:

Slightly outdated but added to the charm of Firenze.
If you want a quiet location this is not it… the amazing street performances keep you entertained throughout the day which is just amazing with a glass of wine.

一開窗就看到聖母百花大教堂，兩個房間兩個衛浴，非常適合一起出遊的團體，地點好到不行以外，還有很小的電梯，可以協助上下樓

地理位置好，但晚上隔音效果太差，加上房间边上还有个机器运行噪音很大。有天晚上回来还停电了，太闹心了。性价比太差。

Pros:

Location could not have been better, literally right across from the Duomo. Large apartment, great views, nicely appointed and staffed.

Cons:

Only modest downside was that due to location, there were singing groups playing Italian and modern classics as well as street dancing from around 8 or 9pm until 10 or 11pm most nights. While I can't really complain as we were on vacation, it was a bit noisy. The hotel was nice enough to provide earplugs, so it wasn't too bad.

Practically perfect in every way!
Pros:

Everything about this place was so lovely. The view was spectacular and the communication before and during was exceptional. We ended up checking in very late and they were so accommodating. We had a lovely breakfast at the restaurant just down below and being right next to the Duomo was thrilling. Can't say enough good things about this location!

We loved everything!
