Det var den dårligste hotelfrokosten jeg har opplevet! Dårlig utvalg og håpløst med pålegg i kjøleskap. Jeg måtte gjøre personalet oppmerksom på at kaffeautomaten ikke virket.Upersonlig med personal og lokaler.

Cons:

Vi hadde ikke varmt vann på rommet da vi kom etter 80 Km på sykkel. Det ble henvist til en notis som var festet på heisdøren hvor det bleitført vedlikehold ved vannverket. Jeg regner med at hotellets hadde fått beskjed om dette i lang tid på forhånd uten at de varslet kundene om dette. Vi måtte betale full pris. I tillegg var vasken nesten helt tett. Triste greier. Det ville være på sin plass med kompensasjon for uleiligheten,

The hotel and the room feel a bit worn. A renovation will be very welcome as there are not many accommodation options in Roskilde.

Prettiest and most interesting historic hotel to stay in Roskilde
Pros:

This is a wonderful old hotel that is also very clean and modernized. The cost is high but comparable with other places in Roskilde (I am still not accepting of rooms in the western world costing greater than €120/night for a simple room for two). That said, this is a great hotel and location to walk and explore from, and quite close to the train station even with large luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us as foreigners.

Central beliggenhed lige på den hyggelige gågade i Roskilde med gode butikker og spisesteder. Fine rummelige standardværelser og god morgenmad til prisen

Da vi ankom og skulle tjekke ind stod en ung kvindelig receptionist der virkede meget uviden og ikke særligt serviceminded.Vi var flere forskellige gæster der skulle tjekke ind , da vi kom til betaling blev alle vores betalingskort afvist, hun blev ved med at påstå ,at det måtte være vores kort der var noget galt med.Jeg prøvede at gøre opmærksom på ,om der kunne være problemer med Nets`det afviste hun og blev ved med at sige det var vores kort, på trods af, at vi og de andre gæster havde prøvet med 6 forskellige kort!Vi følte os alle som om vi var dårlige betalere med den behandling.Vi spurgte så om vi ikke kunne tjekke ind, det kunne hun ikke tage stilling til og hun prøvede ikke at hente hjælp! Det var først da der kom en ung mandlig receptionist der blev handlet, han fik fat i en overordnet der kom og hun sagde alle bare kunne betale ved tjek ud.Det viste sig selvfølgelig at Nets`havde et nedbrud!

Lå fint i forhold til bryllup i Roskilde Domkirke.

Cons:

Der lugtede af kloak/afløb både på toilettet og på værelset. I brusekabinen var tydelige skimmelspor på de fleste af fugerne. Ikke noget jeg forventer på et lille værelse til 1150,- kr.

Morgenmaden var virkelig kedelig.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Fußgängerzone.
Sowohl der Dom, als auch das Wickingermuseum sind leicht zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.
