Clean, friendly and well maintained.
Pros:

It is an older property but very well maintained and very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful too!

Cons:

This is not a complaint but you have to be ready for lots of stairs.

Wonderful, affordable stay in Kennebunkport
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at the Rhumb Line Resort! It's a fantastic, affordable option in Kennebunkport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having access to both the indoor and outdoor pools was a huge plus. It's perfectly located.Quiet and tucked away, but just a quick drive or bike ride right into the heart of Dock Square. Highly recommend!"

Except for the toilet, Rhumb Line exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was surprisingly good because there were "real" chewy bagels. What a treat! Also, flavored creams for coffee. Good tea selection. Other items were good, too.
The bed was very comfortable. Room temperature controls worked well.

Cons:

The toilet was so low! I have a bad back and fake knees so it was EXTREMELY difficult to get up and down on the toilet. I was concerned I might be stranded there.

Pros:

Breakfast was a little lame. Just bagels and packaged muffins. No eggs, bacon, or sausage. No protein really….

Cons:

The carpet and some of the furniture was wicked outdated and old. Balcony was nice but would have been better if there was a screen door to keep bugs out

The Manager was the Best, She Printed our boarding pass for us. Told us about excellent restaurants, and places to see in Kennebunkport.
