Good deal for a resort to stay with kids.
Pros:

The facilities are older & lacked some of the comfort and ease that most hotels or newer facilities might have but the location and pools were a bonus for traveling with kids.

Cons:

Was a little disappointed the hot tub and exercise room were both not in use during our stay.

Good for a one-nighter, comfy beds, hot water, and a minimal breakfast included.
Pros:

rooms were nice and good hot shower, minimal breakfast offered was nice.

Cons:

Hallways were pretty dirty, needed vacuuming and building was old and needed some updates for sure.

Quiet gem
Pros:

The property was in a wonderful location where we were in a quiet area, but minutes away from town. I like the opportunity to be able to go to the outside Bar and Restaurant.

Disappointing “Resort”
Pros:

The room was ready on time.

Cons:

Property is shabby and not maintained. Broken ice machines, hot tub. And the room was not either- a/c loud with filter that was clogged by a thick blanket of dust. Mini fridges’s freezer wasn’t usable because it was solid frost. Pressed to run credit card for housekeeping tip in advance was a mistake.

It wasn’t a terrible experience but cleanliness needs to improve
Pros:

Property has a good central location for everything and staff was super nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The hotel balcony’s hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the inside was fairly dirty including a dirty shower and dead bugs.

Pros:

Staff, location, pool and pool restaurant were great!

Cons:

Room was a bit dirty when we checked in and freezer needed to be defrosted but staff came up right away.
The breakfast was very disappointing. Not very many offerrings.

Just a gem… loved everything… every room looks out to pool in garden setting even an indoor pool and large hot tub!
Pros:

Everything.. just 1 mile from all the shops and restaurants but very quiet and excellent value restaurant on site

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Just what we needed to get a start on the day a light breakfast.

Cons:

They could move the ice machine near 217 away from the room wall.Maybe near the stair landing. Also they could be more informative about Goochs beach parking fine and where to get beach parking permits.
