Superb hotel
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful. Very comfortable rooms and showers. Spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant had good quality food . Breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Will definitely be back

Very warm and friendly welcome at reception. Friendly staff throughout
The free car charging was a real bonus, as our car battery was quite low on arrival

Cons:

Due to the warm weather we had to have our window open and our room (117) appeared to open onto an area of the car park where guests congregated to chat. Fortunately this did not go on too late into the night

Invercarse Hotel revisited
Pros:

Clean,comfortable and excellent value for money( compounded by automatic upgrade).
What not to like.
Bus stop into city centre literally 1-2 min from hotel.
Plenty free parking in hotel grounds.
Chargeable but good ample breakfast

Pros:

The staff were excellent & the bedrooms where very clean & tidy. Good location.
The bed was very very comfortable along with pillows.

Cons:

The breakfast was average. Coffee was not the best i have tasted & I had to return dirty bowls & coffee mugs that were NOT clean. I had to do this each morning we had breakfast. I feel there is NO excuse for this.
Also handsome was empty for 2 days until I requested more. Surely this should be checked on a daily basis.

bad, very bad
Pros:

It is not a hotel for disabled people.

Cons:

First, I informed the hotel that I am disabled and walk with crutches.
Second, according to the hotel, they gave me the only available room on the first floor without an elevator.
According to booking.com, there were 5 rooms left available.
The only window that could be opened was the one that looked directly into the hotel kitchen, and I had to sleep with the noise and the bad smell from the kitchen.
The only person who helped me a little and brought me a ventilator was the duty manager
A very young guy, but very responsible and with good customer service skills.
But one thing is for sure, I will never return to this hotel.
I have been in the hospitality industry for 37 years and I have never received or given such bad service as I have received at this hotel.
