Breakfast included in the booking , I will eat most things but the breakfast was terrible on both days
Roo was spacious
Lady who met me was a little rude, but the lady who checked us in was lovely. The walk from the Carnarvon to our room was long and up and down stairs. Would have been good to enter from a door closer to the carpark
Appreciated the warm friendliness of the staff. Excellent food. Comfortable accommodation. Well located for main tourist sites especially Botanical Gardens (a delight!) and airport.
No hot water on final morning but promptly sorted (though not in time for shower) by friendly maintenance man.

The situation of the hotel is very good and the grounds are very pretty. Hotel itself is lovely- nice bar and restaurant. Lovely view from restaurant.

The room was clean and it had a parking
We had to leave a credit car althaugh we already paid, as security for any damages, the room was ok, but not big.

Breakfast service and standard fell down as not replenished. Coffee machine unreliable. Bread and pastries limited and average quality. Layout and arrangement for self service could be better.
Position, facilities, relative value for money.
Overall cleanliness. Abundance of parking.
If there is a criticism it was a long way to walk to the room and no lift if you had a heavy bag to carry.
