Nous avons eu le droit à un surclassement avec une grande chambre vue ville.
Une vue exceptionnelle surclassement toute la ville de Cusco. Un emplacement top à 10mm à pied de la place d’armes cœur du centre ville historique. Le bâtiment historique avec beaucoup de caractère Superficie de la chambre et la qualité du service (réception et restaurant). Un rapport qualité prix TOP. Nous recommandons cette adresse.
Plus une remarque que réellement un désagrément Dans la chambre manquait un mini bar et une TV.
Dans la salle à manger température un peu fraîche !!! Et ce malgré les lampes infrarouges rouge. À noter que dans tous les restaurants c’est la même chose.

L’histoire derrière cet établissement est époustouflant. Le côté de ce qui reste du palais Inca et les mélanges issus de la colonisation espagnole en font un établissement charmant et chaleureux. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé la suite ayant une porte menant sur la terrasse avec cette splendide vue sur Cuzco.
Tout était impeccable. Il n’y avait rien à dire.
The special history, elegant interior design, great location (in a quiet area - yet 10 min walk to the Plaza de Armas), our room had a rare historical feature. The alpacas in the garden are adorable. More importantly we want to compliment once more the exceptional service and support from the staff. They did everything to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable and tailored to our needs. We loved it!

The place is amazing, full of history and styled and furnished with personality and elegance.
The staff is supportive and kind. They upgraded our room and also kept our luggages for 5 days while we where doing salkantay trek.
The view of cusco is amazing as the hotel sits right above the square where people go watching the sunset

We really enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. The location is excellent—very close to Plaza de Armas. The views are spectacular, overlooking the entire city! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and having alpacas in the garden was a wonderful touch. Above all, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel!
Nothing. Everything is great!
This great hotel is a Haven of peace and tranquility in busy Cuzco. My husband suffered quite badly with altitude sickness and the staff were extremely helpful and brought him oxygen, giving us advice as to how to cope in the climate. The rooms are large, airy during the day And heated at night and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were really good, especially the array of delicious fruits, served in a room with a view of the city. It’s a 15 minute walk down to the main Square. For tired travellers, this lovely hotel is highly recommended. It’s one of the few hotels in Cuzco with a garden and they even have pet llamas.

This was an absolutely excellent hotel with completely lovely staff. The hotel is stunning, and the rooms are unique and beautiful. Breakfast is wonderful and very varied! Everyone who we spoke to and helped us during our stay was utterly lovely. The location is great—a bit tucked away but around a 10 minute walk into the center. And alpacas on the property!
My husband realized after we left that he had forgotten something important in the room and the entire staff went out of their way to get it to us (in a town hours away!). This place is fantastic, highly recommend!
