Excellent hotel with delicious food, a large swimming pool, and outstanding service – we had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty dishes every day. The large swimming pool was one of the highlights of our stay – clean, spacious, and perfect for both relaxation and fun.

The hotel facilities were excellent, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the entire property was spotless. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

The atmosphere was wonderful, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of our vacation. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Hotel ma wszystko czego potrzebujesz, bardzo dobre jedzenie w bufecie i śniadania. Bardzo mila obsluga w Spa, warto skorzystac z Zentropia Spa na terenie hotelu. Czysty pokoj i wygode łóżko. Plaza też ładna choć obsluga na plazy arogancka

Bardzo arogancka część obslugi hotelowej w recepcji , panie na sniadaniu obrażone, malo pomocna obsluga w lobby, brak szkolen z obslugi klienta. Obsluga damska we wloskiej restauracji arogancka i wyniosla, brak szacunku do klienta ktory zamawia najdrozsze dania

Pros:

Le all inclusive large choix de buffet, personnel au bar et restaurants sympa. La piscine est grande il y’a assez de transats

Cons:

La télé ne fonctionnait pas durant tout le séjour soucis de réseau et quand on a remonté le problème à la réception ils n’en avait rien à faire

Really enjoyable
Pros:

The whole venue was so nice, the staff were very attentive to the needs of all the guests. the pool was lovely and so were the grounds. there were plenty of chairs by the pool so could come at any time to sit out. in all a great experience

Cons:

There was nothing i didn't like. Maybe a bigger selection in the mini bar but that is just minor. I look forward to staying again.

jeden Tag 3 mal Diskussionen über veganes Essen, über einen order, der nie stattfand. Wir mussten jede Mahlzeit vegan anfragen und bekamen meist zu hören dass es das nicht gibt.
Zimmer in schlechtem Zustand, Schimmel an Dusche, Wc mit Urinflecken
Strand keine Liegen vom Hotel
Taxi hatte laut Hotel Kindersitze, was dann doch nicht so war
