Pros:

Food and drinks

Cons:

Room and front desk employees at the property.
I was given a different room than the one originally booked. WiFi was not working, no TV remote in the room, phone was dead.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.
Cons:

The hotel block we were in had no lift so we had to carry the cases all the way upstairs to the second floor !!

Pros:

the pool was fine .
but the breakfast was very average and not many staff

Cons:

Booked a room several months ago with a sea view , i was supposed to arrive on Wednesday 15th but couldn't because of businesss meeting so i asked my friend to go to reception and pay for the room, they would not allow him to pay as he didnt have my passports? he was told our room would be saved for when we got there.
when we got there there was a large queue because of delays over Europe because of bad weather when we finally got to the front of the queue 1 person serving we were told that there where no rooms available, but eventually gave us a poll view room actually looking at a large tree they said they could swop us to another room when one becomes available,
but when you get on holiday you dont want to keep moving and packing.
they made us pay for the better room even though we were in probably the worst room in the hotel.
the manager was not interested at all and speaking to many of the other guests they all had issues with rooms and getting into the rooms .
would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone

Hôtel trop prés de l'aéroport et donc le bruit des avions juste au dessus !
La clientèle (groupe d'anglais très bruyants venus faire la fête à IBIZA)

Limpeza, localização, funcionários da limpeza muito simpáticos, instalações muito bacanas, tive uma experiência ótima se nao fosse pelo absurdo relatado logo mais.

Cons:

O hotel simplesmente deixou um papel debaixo da porta no meio da minha estadia me cobrando uma tarifa de €37.00 sem a menor explicação. Pedi esclarecimentos ao recepcionista que estava muito perdido e nao fazia ideia do que era. Ele arriscou dizer que era custo de utilização do cofre (???) e eu claramente nunca usei o cofre, nem sabia que havia um. Aí ele pediu pra eu assinar o papel (???), só que eu coloquei uma mensagem escrita à mao que nao havia utilizado cofre nenhum. Horas depois fiz o check out. Para minha surpresa, no dia seguinte, meu cartao foi debitado naquele valor. Contestei por email e disseram que era custo de utilização do gameboy (???) eu nao entendi absolutamente nada e expliquei que nao usei isso, agora espero um retorno do hotel e o respectivo reembolso.

Perfect in every way. Had a wonderful time. Great food!
Pros:

The food was amazing, fresh and loads of variation.
The Bed was very comfy, the cleaners worked around your sleeping patterns. I liked the hanging circular knobs on the wall which gave extra hanging space.

Cons:

Nothing. The AI finishing at 1pm, maybe 2pm would be better. I had nothing I didnt like.

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fueron las instalaciones ( habitacion ,zonas de piscina y demás). Diafrutamos mucho los dias que estuvimos

Cons:

Dispones de snack y comidas las 24h pero es cierto que es todo "embasado". Me ha faltado un restaurante en las zonas de piscina que ,x ejemplo,te hicieran la hamburgesa en el momento ( en el horario de piscina ,clato). Pero nada , es algo sin importancia.
