Relaxing and a perfect place for a short get away within the city.
Pros:

Amazing staff. I've never had people in Mexico be so helpful, and I've lived here many years. The bed was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel: lots of pillows, very comfortable mattress, variety of harder and softer pillows, clean sheets and towels. Great toiletries that smell lovely. Air conditioning works great and lots of privacy between the rooms.

Cons:

The floor in the upstairs bedroom was dirty. Thankfully they gave slippers. The bathrooms don't have much ventilation and not much space for luggage and minimal closet space in some rooms. The spiral staircase is a bit dangerous.

We really enjoy staying there besides the little accident but staff is wonderful
Pros:

I liked everything but especially Don Jose's hospitality and kindness. He made us feel so comfortable.

Cons:

Our rental car was damaged and we never heard back from anyone from the restaurant when they know it was damaged in the parking lot because we NEVER moved the car.

I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Excellent strong coffee, friendly service, and a nice selection of eggs. And they didn't mind that I showed up shortly before the end of breakfast service each morning. I also found having dinner in the courtyard next to the fountain was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. I loved having a water dispenser in my room, so I didn't have to use multiple plastic bottles. And the toilet! Very fancy!

Cons:

The price of my room was a little high.
