Our first choice location for Seoul
Pros:

Second time staying here and again really satisfied with this place. Very roomy one bedroom suite equipped with everything you need- huge bedroom and living area, bathroom with shower and bath, full kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Add to that a decent pool and gym. Close to mulitple metro lines and a bus stop for the airport service, Walking distance in to central Seoul and many historic sites. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Friendly helpful desk staff too.

Cons:

Nothing, My only fear is giving it such a positive review will make it harder to get into next stay!

Отличный отель, очень удобный номер, расположение прекрасное - в шаговой доступности основные достопримечательности: Кёнбокун, Мёндон, парк Наксан, район Тондэмун и другие. Приятный район Инсадонг. Много кафе и ресторанов рядом. На случай непогоды можно зайти в кафе прямо из отеля. Отличный вид на город. Очень удобная планировка апартов.

Cons:

Постельное белье немного с парниковым эффектом, лучше поменять на дышащее.

Pros:

Super Lage, mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Alles an essen in der Nähe und kleine Einkaufsstraße. U-Bahn und bus leicht zu fuß zu erreichen.

Family of Four (2 night stay)
Pros:

Third time we have stayed in the hotel; Insadong is a great area with countless great restaurants within a 5 min walk of the hotel; close to three metro stations. Staff are friendly - we had a wifi problem which they were prompt to try to resolve; swimming pool and spa is good with life guards on site; we had a three bed apartment (with two bathrooms) which was spacious; some English language TV channels.

Cons:

There is substantial construction work underway right next door to the hotel, so the noise was definitely noticeably from around 7 am; it is going to take 2 years to complete.

Clean, convenient, comfortable.
Pros:

We had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The location was good. Near a lot of sites and close to multiple subway lines. The rooms were clean and the included kitchen and washer were very helpful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym, pool and sauna were good.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Orakai Insadong Suites. We are two parents in our 60s traveling with our 30-year-old son, and this trip was a celebration of his birthday.
The location is excellent—right in the city center, close to the palace and just steps from the vibrant Insadong area, making it easy to explore Seoul on foot.
Our two-bedroom suite with a separate living room and a fully equipped kitchen was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help with any request. The breakfast was exactly what we were looking for, with a good variety and a pleasant start to each day.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking forward to coming back after visiting Busan. We highly recommend Orakai Insadong Suites to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Seoul.
