המיקום שתי דקות הליכה מאזור Ikseon השוקק כל היום. מרחק הליכה קצר להאנוק ולארמונות. תחנת רכבת ואוטובוסים ליד המלון. מתאים למשפחה.

I loved the location and the staff. The staff was excellent.

Cons:

The carpets filled with spots.The master shower leaked a lot of water when you took a shower. The seal on the bottom of the door was gone so the floor got completely wet.

Everything! Lobby area is bright and welcoming, staff (helpful very friendly and multilingual) and general facilities (pool, gym etc are lovely). The apartment we stayed in (on floor 10) was really big and kitchen area well equipped. Huge windows with city views from lounge and both bedrooms. Two bathrooms (both with showers, one shower and bath) was a luxury for our group of 3. Very good location with lots around and transport links nearby. It was a very quiet room despite being in the city centre.

Cons:

Nothing. As a bonus, the addition of tea/coffee sachets in the kitchen area would be great. However, there are numerous cafes nearby.

Overall, a spacious, comfortable stay in a fantastic location.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Orakai Insadong Suites.

Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and offered a beautiful view. The fully equipped kitchen was a great advantage, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it a perfect base for exploring Seoul.

The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning was not cooling the room effectively, and the building’s systems seemed a bit dated. However, the staff went above and beyond to help us. They did everything they could to resolve the issue and eventually even moved us to another apartment to ensure we were comfortable, which we greatly appreciated.

Roomy space and location to major sites

Cons:

Breakfast items have no varieties and are often not hot, except soup. There are not enough staff to take away plates/ silver and customers have to put away and sort everything at collection area.

Great place to stay in Seoul.
Pros:

Location is great, near the subway and in a lively part of town with the palaces nearby. The suites are spacious and comfortable. Loved having a kitchen and living room area. Very affordable. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Seoul.

暮らすように過ごせる快適なレジデンスです。
Pros:

何度も利用しておりますが、今回は特に快適と感じました。
フロントの方は皆笑顔で感じ良く、日本語が堪能でいらして、困り事にも即対応して頂けました。
部屋からの眺めも景福宮、鍾路タワー、仁寺洞の街並みも一望でき素晴らしかったです。
キッチンも清潔で必要な道具が揃っており助かりました。
またランドリースペースに開閉式の物干しが付いていたのも便利でした。
次回もこちらのホテルを利用させて頂く予定です。

מלון דירות מופלא מבחינת מיקום באינסדונג בקרבה למדרחוב ולמקדש, פחות מחמש דקות לרכבת התחתית. דירות גדולות ומרווחות, נקי, החלפת מגבות. צוות אדיב ועזר לנו בכל בקשה. הייתה לנו חוויה טובה, מאוד מומלץ.
