Das Hotel ist sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, jedoch für Menschen mit Zöliakie kann ich dieses Hotel nicht

Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal am Empfang war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück und das zuständige Personal. Das man sein gebrauchtes Geschirr auf einen Wagen stellen soll, ist für mich zwar kein Problem, aber nicht konform mit einen 4 Sternehotel. Ich habe Zöliakie und habe dues vorgängig auch mitgeteilt. Mir wurde geantwortet, dass es glutenfreie Esswaren zum Frühstück haben wird. Es gab ein gutes glutenfreies Brot und ein absolut trockener, nach Nichts riechendem Muffin. Das Sortiment des Buffets war sonst reichhaltig, es gab verschiedene Cersalien und zwei verschiedene Teige um Pancakes und Waffeln zumachen. Mindestens Ceralien gehören auch in ein glutenfreies Angebot.

Pros:

We asked for a handicap room and then asked for pet friendly. The 2nd request deleted the handicap request, so it was a bit difficult for my husband to shower and the room was at the far end of the hallway.
